Mate that’s fantastic work!
Always love seeing these posts cos it always motivates myself to keep going and that there are others out there doing the same.

Let me ask, what is your end goal and what are the nutrition numbers daily?

One of the main reason for this forum is this!

End goal of 10 to 11 percent bf around 165 pounds. I walk 10k steps a day and lift 5x a week. 600 calorie daily deficit with 180g protein. Have been running under 100 carbs until I reach my goal.

Mate salute to you. I’m in less of a deficit only 400 cos I bloody love me carbs haha.

My wife decided to get a dog so I get steps now from walking her, best self investment ever and honestly love the pup to bits haha.

May I ask your age? I struggle with lifting 5x a week while in a deficit and on a cruise I just seem to injure myself often enough that it starts getting to me mentally.

I’ve had a rotator cuff issue now since December last year. Uk based so getting a doctor is hard to get cos it’s classed as non emergency ( 31 year old myself)

  1. I was disabled from being hit by a roller coaster and just recently getting better enough physically to get back into the gym.

You guys have no idea how the comments and encouragement keep me pushing

Cypher2377's picture

No I totally can relate, that is a great motivator, and sometimes it’s that extra encouragement that makes a world of difference and boost your confidence and keep the grind moving.

Believe it or not that is a cover up of all things in honor of my brother in law who passed several years ago from some mental health issues. He's with me every day at the gym.
