I recently bought a few items from Arctic Titans. I placed my order as a guest on July 30th, and they reached out to me via text saying their Zelle wasn't working, so they asked me to send payment through Cash App instead.
I sent the payment, after six days and I haven't received any updates. I've also texted the same number they contacted me from, but I haven't gotten a response. Now it's been 16 days and still no update! I emailed support as well and haven't got a response either.
We don't ever text people and we don't have a direct cashapp. I'm guessing you ordered from a scam site.
Sorry to hear this man. I’m kinda in the same boat. Registered to the website. I always go to the site via eroids. Placed order on the 11th. Says ready to ship but that’s it. Then this morning, site is down telling me that I’ve been blocked. Not sure what’s going on. Emailed [email protected] so we will see. Hopefully it can be worked out. Had to order from a different source in the meantime because I’m out of product at the moment. Good luck!
