The TG link goes to a general telegram that gives sales, etc., but it isn't really updated, or hasn't been since may. It seems that the sales are still valid though. On that page is a way to contact gdroids for ordering. It is the "Order on TG contact @[REDACTED]" link.
From there, you can ask about what they have in stock. My guess is that they get enough business on TG that they don't worry too much about their web site. They do have HGH internationally, or they did a few minutes ago. The price is very good that is for sure, and I have looked around quite a bit. I picked up a couple of items.
