+ 5 Geneza Tren 200

ad

I just finished a 12 week cycle of Tren E 200, Test E 475, 3iu hgh and 2 iu of Reta weekly. I finished this cycle about 4 weeks ago and have been coasting on test. I went from 190 to 165lbs in 12 weeks. I lost more weight than I anticipated. I just started running deca 300 , test 475, bumped hgh to 4 iu and cut out Reta.

Tren and GH really get the furnace stoked. You must feel a lot different.? Tren runs me flat and deca is bloat city. I don't use them due to the yo yo effect but everyone has different goals. Geneza is great quality no doubt

Yeah I love the results with tren but hate the mental state it puts me in. Deca does not give me the anxiety or the mental gymnastics that Tren does. Definitely bloat city on Deca lol

You took a 4 week break between a tren/test blast and 4 weeks later on a deca/test blast?

Jesus Christ.

I'm frowning

I feel lke I do a minimum of 8 weeks between 12/16 week cycles and usualyl feel 10-12 weeks is better for me. Its more a mental game with me of being off high dose vs. being on

What would be an ideal timeframe between cycles?

In my time time on equaled same time off to give the body a break and clean out then hop back on and if you were still training on your off time you would come back bigger and stronger and better, times have changed a lot but a lot of the old body builders are still alive or lived longer lives compared to a lot of modern bodybuilders just my opinion. Always be safe and listen to your body.

Thanks man you give great advice all the time glad there’s guys like you, hope you had a great weekend.

Kind of subjective and open to differing opines, but id say at least 8-10 weeks with a couple blood tests in there (post blast/pre blast) to see how bad your markers were from the prior and make sure you have recovered adequately to punish your body again.

And that's the minimum in my opinion. In my personal steroid use, I try to take a much time off as I am on. That is to say blast/cruise. Not coming off completely.

take care of yourself brother. Try to live forever.

Thanks for the advice bro. Yeah I’m still fairly new to running gear. I started 2 years ago. I usually take 1-2 months off between cycles. I think I’m just a little anxious to put on more weight after cutting 25lbs

Tbh cruising is an undervalued time to grow. It is a stress free time to truly dial in your diet/sleep. You aren't taxed from a mountain of gear and either starving or pushing down huge amounts of calories.

A lean bulk on a cruise is a really enjoyable time In my opinion. After having gotten that lean, your body is in a good spot to grow and get healthy at the same time. Take 12-14 weeks and dial it all in and tell me you aren't feeling great after a few weeks.

No need to panic about being too light and jump on a rebound cycle. Just take a breath and 1ml a week and let ur food, sleep and time in the gym do what they do.

I’m gonna take your advice and hop off deca for a bit and cruise on test. Should I keep hgh while I’m cruising?

We're not supposed to just keep blasting? I thought as long as you change compounds every few weeks its safe.

This is the approach I take with cigarettes: smoke a carton - switch brands = live forever.
