First Cycle - Coach Guided

ad

==================================================

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING

This is intentionally a detailed and fairly long post.

I understand that it contains more information than is usually included in a cycle-advice thread, but I am taking this seriously and want anyone reviewing the plan to have as much relevant information as possible.

Rather than leaving out important details and having people make assumptions, I have included my background, goals, complete proposed protocol, supplement stack, baseline bloodwork, monitoring plan and primary concerns.

I appreciate anyone who takes the time to review it. You do not need to respond to every section or answer every question individually. General feedback, concerns and recommendations regarding the overall plan are equally welcome.

==================================================

REASON FOR POST

I recently started working with a coach who is guiding me through my first anabolic cycle. He appears knowledgeable and has taken a structured approach, but before fully committing, I wanted additional feedback from experienced members here.

Before recommending the protocol, he asked me to complete comprehensive baseline bloodwork. I had that testing completed, and the results are included below.

He also asked about my overall goal. I explained that I want to become leaner and drier while maintaining or building an athletic-looking physique, rather than simply gaining as much size as possible.

Based on my goals, current condition and bloodwork, he provided the cycle and supplement plan listed below.

I am posting the complete protocol, supplement stack, baseline bloodwork and proposed follow-up testing to get opinions on the overall structure, safety considerations and anything that may need to be reconsidered before I begin.

==================================================

BACKGROUND / CURRENT STATS

Age: 34
Height: 5'10"
Current weight: approximately 160 lbs
Estimated body fat: approximately 16-17%
Previous highest weight: approximately 280 lbs

Goal:
Fat loss and body recomposition while maintaining or gaining muscle and developing a lean, dry and athletic-looking physique.

Experience:
This would be my first anabolic-steroid cycle.

Planned cycle length:
20–24 weeks

TRAINING / CARDIO

  • Weight training 3 times per week

RETATRUTIDE BACKGROUND

Retatrutide is not being introduced as a new compound at the beginning of this cycle.

I have already been using retatrutide for approximately 7 months. I began using it at approximately 280 lbs and gradually titrated the dosage upward on a monthly basis.

My current weight is approximately 160 lbs, and my current retatrutide dosage is 5.5 mg per week. I plan to continue that dosage throughout the proposed 20–24-week cycle.

The bloodwork listed below was completed before starting any anabolic steroids. However, I may of have retatrutide in my blood while the bloodwork was taken, but i did stop taking it for a week before the bloodwork was taken.

==================================================

MAIN CONCERNS / QUESTIONS

  1. LIPIDS AND CARDIOVASCULAR RISK

My LDL is already 121, ApoB is 102, non-HDL cholesterol is 137 and HDL is only 38 before starting any anabolic steroids.

Testosterone, Masteron and especially Anavar may worsen these markers.

Planned lipid support:

  • Red yeast rice
  • Citrus bergamot
  • Berberine
  • Omega-3
  • CoQ10
  • Curcumin

I understand that omega-3 is generally more effective for triglycerides than for LDL or HDL, and my triglycerides are already 72. I also understand that the monacolin K content of the red yeast rice is not disclosed.

Question:
Considering my baseline results and planned support supplements, how concerning is the potential for further LDL/ApoB elevation and HDL suppression?

  1. CLENBUTEROL + RETATRUTIDE / CARDIOVASCULAR STRESS

Retatrutide is intended to provide most of the appetite control and sustained fat loss.

Clenbuterol would be taken at 20 mcg every morning throughout the full 20–24 weeks. It may provide additional stimulant-related fat-loss effects, but it may also increase heart rate, blood pressure, arrhythmia risk and electrolyte stress.

Retatrutide may also increase heart rate and can cause reduced food intake, vomiting, diarrhea or dehydration.

Planned support:

  • Magnesium
  • Potassium
  • CoQ10
  • Omega-3

I understand that these supplements do not prevent tachycardia, arrhythmias or high blood pressure.

Question:
Does clenbuterol provide enough additional benefit alongside retatrutide to justify using it every day for the entire 20–24 weeks?

  1. ANAVAR + RED YEAST RICE / LIVER AND MUSCLE STRESS

My baseline liver markers are normal.

Anavar would be taken at 20 mg before approximately 3 weekly workouts throughout the full 20–24 weeks.

Anavar may worsen lipids and place stress on the liver. Red yeast rice may act similarly to a low-dose statin when it contains a meaningful amount of monacolin K, potentially adding liver-enzyme or muscle-related risk.

Planned support:

  • NAC: 1,200 mg daily
  • Milk thistle phytosome: 360 mg daily
  • Curcumin: 400 mg daily
  • CoQ10: 200 mg daily

I understand that these products do not guarantee protection.

Question:
Is combining Anavar with red yeast rice reasonable, or does red yeast rice create unnecessary liver and muscle overlap while attempting to manage Anavar-related lipid changes?

  1. HEMATOCRIT AND BLOOD PRESSURE

My baseline hematocrit is 46.8%, hemoglobin is 15.3 and RBC count is 5.17, so I am not starting with erythrocytosis.

Testosterone and Masteron may still increase red-blood-cell production and blood pressure over a 20–24-week cycle.

Planned cardiovascular support:

  • Omega-3
  • Magnesium
  • CoQ10
  • Curcumin

I understand that none of these directly prevents androgen-related erythrocytosis.

Question:
Is repeating the CBC after the first month early enough to identify a meaningful rise in hematocrit, and what increase would be considered concerning?

  1. FULL 20–24-WEEK DURATION AND OVERALL COMPLEXITY

The current plan is for testosterone, Masteron, Anavar, HCG, retatrutide, MOTS-c and clenbuterol to all be used throughout the full 20–24 weeks.

Anavar would be taken before approximately 3 weekly workouts. Clenbuterol would be taken every morning. HCG would be taken twice weekly, MOTS-c Monday through Friday and retatrutide once weekly.

Retatrutide is not new for me. I have already used it for approximately 7 months while reducing my weight from around 280 lbs to approximately 160 lbs, and I gradually titrated to my current dosage of 5.5 mg per week.

Question:
Is running all of these compounds throughout the entire 20–24 weeks appropriate for a first anabolic cycle, or are Anavar, clenbuterol, MOTS-c or any other components better limited or removed because of cumulative lipid, liver, cardiovascular or other health concerns?

  1. POST-CYCLE PLAN

My coach has told me that he has a post-cycle plan prepared, but I have not yet received the specific protocol.

I plan to follow up with him before starting so I understand exactly what is intended after the 20–24-week cycle.

Question:
What information should I make sure is included in the post-cycle plan, and should the complete plan be established before beginning the cycle?

==================================================

TL;DR

You do not need to answer each specific question above individually. They are mainly included to show the areas I am most concerned about.

General feedback on the proposed cycle, dosages, duration, supplement stack, baseline bloodwork, training structure, monitoring plan and post-cycle planning would be greatly appreciated.

I am especially interested in whether the overall plan appears reasonable for a first anabolic cycle, whether anything seems unnecessary or overly complicated, and whether any changes should be made before I commit to it.

Any honest advice, concerns or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks ahead of time for spending your time on this post!

Mrtommorrow1987's picture

Your lipids and ApoB are dog shit for starting a cycle. Get your health in check and rethink what you are doing. Anavar is going to make that substantially worse.

In a promo × 1
SatanicFinger's picture

yeah you're absolutely right everyone here gave me tons of advice so i'm taking notes and trying to dial in and improve before making any steps towards cycling.

Mrtommorrow1987's picture

Get healthy. Then consider anabolics is my advice and fire the retard coach. Get back whatever money you paid that jackass

In a promo × 1
SatanicFinger's picture

funny thing i told him about this earlier today (me posting this) and i think he just saw my message i left for him and he just responded to me and left me a few voice messages in whatsapp he literally or basically just said:

"yeah to be honest i wouldn't be too worried you know if you wouldn't have guidnace i would agree with them i would also say low dose of Test start there and be extremely cautious but its different when you have guidance and if you have dialed everything in like diet, training, cardio, recovery and keep in mind test and mast is a very good combo and mast is very mild in terms of sides effect profile and helps mediate sides of estrogen aswell and anavar is just pre-workout if this was without guidance like me not getting daily BP/sugar/daily updates from you and you not following my guidance yeah i'd agree with them but in this case they aren't correct"

man lol

Mrtommorrow1987's picture

Dude is a fucking retard. He has zero idea of how you will respond to these compounds. Your LDL is already in a hole and your ApoB is dog shit at the beginning of a cycle. Run his cycle and you may make it 6 weeks and you get to saturate your drugs for a week before you pull the plug.

In a promo × 1
Massa Ron's picture

Agree. This “coach” is a retard. Are this gentleman’s blood vessels aware that he has guidance? Does this coach’s messages have a statin like effect on cholesterol? That would be cool.

SatanicFinger's picture

oh i'm absolutely not running his sht after bascially telling him this cycle is dangerous and i can't trust him and this is his response...lmao i just think it's interesting now after seeing everything i've been told here and been checking the pages/forums about cycles and such and seeing his response is like that is crazy to me.

Rynat0706's picture

I would start off with test only for your first cycle. Taking 6 compounds for your first cycle is extreme. You don’t even know how your body will react and when you have sides, you won’t even know which compound is causing it.

In a promo × 1
SatanicFinger's picture

yeah i've come to the conclusion that a Test only cycle is the way when i'm ready for it but i need to lock in further with my workout plan/diet/bloods etc before going forward.

and i kicked that coach to the curb guy was gonna get me killed

Rynat0706's picture

Lift at least 5 days a week minimum too. If you’re new to lifting, don’t try and kill yourself in the gym but push yourself.

In a promo × 1
SatanicFinger's picture

yeah absolutely i i'll add two more days from my current to reach the 5 days...to be frank 3 days is a breeze so i can def add more i need to take this serious if i want a physique like yours in your Pfp thats literally my dream physique and why i honestly wanted to hop on a cycle.

Rynat0706's picture

Bro you’ll get to a point where you’ll get pissed if you can’t make it to the gym. Just keep going. I get a natural high when I lift. It’s addicting to me. I’m also a recovering addict which is probably why I chase that lol

In a promo × 1
SatanicFinger's picture

haha i hope i get there one day! thanks bro i appreciate it!

Gwcruse's picture

Do you, but is it wild to think that at 160lb you should just eat the correct diet and put in the work? You are 5'10 160lb. A steroid cycle doesn't seem like the answer in my opinion. What amount of actual natural muscle mass have you grown and plateued at? Not much at those dimensions. Think about the stress you are about to put your body under. You eat and you grow. You bulk and you cut. You don't struggle with writing essays on the internet, you seem to struggle with putting in the time and effort. Drugs won't be the shortcut you are looking for here friend. Go to the gym and lock in. Quit messing around

yeah i'm actually new to the fitness world i just started my journey this year after losing over 100lbs and making a lifestyle change

i'll definitely take the advice i got here and go harder thanks

“Coach”

In a promo × 2
SatanicFinger's picture

yeah you want his social media? i can point you to him

he seems knowledgeable to a person who doesn't know anything about cycle so yeah i got duped...it happens thats why i came here to reconfirm.

JohnnyHardGuy's picture

Holy overthink everything Batman!
This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
You went from 280 to 160 and now want to use steroids to lose fat? That makes no sense.
You do need need steroids to lose bodyfat and firm up aka "recomp".
Does this "plan appear reasonable"?
Fuck no. Good thing you posted this before diving in head first .

In a promo × 2
SatanicFinger's picture

i'm not trying to use steroids to lose fat..i want to start a cycle when i hit around 10%...i'm just trying to plan ahead i think it's pretty important to do atleast my due diligence before just randomly hopping on dont you think?

that's why i initially went to a coach (who clearly was bad) and i'm reconfirming with this community before anything which i'm glad i did they are all knowledgeable and called out the terrible cycle.

JohnnyHardGuy's picture

Glad you posted here first.
You have made great progress so far and you yourself have said youre not even doing it optimally.
So that is exactly where you start.
Clean up all the loose ends. Really dial in your diet and commit to your workout fitness plan first before introducing any additional compounds. In another 6 months from now w everything dialed in, you will be a totally different person.

In a promo × 2
SatanicFinger's picture

hey thanks! yeah i need to really lock in, i thought i was doing well but after seeing everyone honest feedback i clearly wasn't doing enough, but it's a lifestyle i need to fully commit to in order to see real results so i def need to go harder.

i'll def dial in with my nutrition, increase the amount of time i go to the gym, and work on getting my bloods better. Actually CoachKen below in the comments was suggested i actually do a small surplus because just cutting at my current height/weight/BF ill just end up as a skeleton which...makes sense lol...so i think i'll start there, but i was wondering if i should run a test only during that time frame or just lock in without anything.

JohnnyHardGuy's picture

Honestly, I understand the desire to want to jump on gear.
Seeing as how you are being proactive, asking questions, taking feedback I can tell you are serious about this endeavor.
You know yourself, you still have tighten down on your diet and workout routine. No sense in throwing compounds in until you are fully dialed in first. Get yourself dialed into the proper lifestyle changes as you have said.
Once you are fully committed to your new plan I guarantee you will continue to see progress. You may not even "need" to take a test cyle to accomplish your goals and the more you can get to where you want to go with no compounds the better you will be in the long run.

In a promo × 2
SatanicFinger's picture

yeah makes complete sense why jump on when the basics aren't met yet, if i haven't got the basics down yet it will show and potentially effect me during a cycle or just end up being a waste; either or that makes sense i was just worried since my natural test level is relatively low that i may need to jump on atleast test is all but tbh i got this far without any assistance i can def go further so far isn't hasnt been bad i've been enjoying the journey.

Tulane81's picture

You deserve some credit for doing things a lot of first-time users don’t. You got baseline labs, you’re thinking about monitoring, and you’re actually care about health markers. That’s all positive.

That said, I think your coach is making this far more complicated than it needs to be for a first cycle.

  1. You’re trying to answer problems that haven’t happened yet.

You have pages devoted to supplements, but almost nothing about:
Calories
Protein intake
Carbohydrate intake
Fat intake
Sleep
Progressive overload
Recovery
Expected weekly rate of fat loss or gain

Those things will determine 90% of your physique outcome.

The drugs don’t replace those.

  1. This doesn’t look like a first cycle.

For a first exposure you’re proposing:
Test, Masteron, Anavar, HCG, Clenbuterol, Retatrutide, MOTS-c, plus 15+ supplements

That’s six or seven compounds. If something goes wrong…

elevated BP, anxiety, insomnia, libido changes, estrogen issues, HDL crashes, liver enzymes rise…how do you know which one caused it?

You don’t.

  1. You’re 16-17% body fat after losing 120 pounds.

Honestly, congratulations on that weight loss. But I think this is the biggest point. You don’t need Masteron to get lean. You don’t need Anavar to get lean. You definitely don’t need clenbuterol to get lean. You’re already using retatrutide, which clearly works because you lost over 100 pounds.

Your limiting factor now probably isn’t drugs. It’s time.

After massive weight loss your body composition takes months—not weeks—to improve.

  1. Your training concerns me more than your cycle.

Three lifting days: 2 upper, 1 lower

That isn’t automatically bad…but you never mention:
weekly sets per muscle, progression, RIR, volume progression, deload…Meanwhile there are five pages on supplements.

That seems backwards.

  1. Your lipids are already telling you something.

Before steroids:

LDL 121
HDL 38
ApoB 102

Then the plan adds: masteron, anavar

Those are probably the two drugs I’d least want to add if lipids are already my weak point.

Supplements may help a little.

They won’t magically offset androgen-induced HDL suppression.

  1. Twenty-four weeks is a long first cycle.

I’d question that more than almost anything else.

Most experienced coaches start with something simple because the goal is to learn: how you aromatize, how your BP responds, how hematocrit changes, how your lipids respond, what side effects you get

You can’t learn much when six compounds are started together.

  1. The biggest red flag…

You don’t know your PCT yet.

That should have been discussed before the first injection.

If your coach says, “I’ll tell you later,” that would concern me.

The exit strategy is part of the plan, not something figured out halfway through.

My overall opinion

I actually think you’re asking the right questions.

I just think you’re asking them about the wrong things.

Instead of optimizing:milk thistle, bergamot, dandelion, MOTS-c, potassium, red yeast rice I’d want to optimize:

nutrition
training
recovery
blood pressure
cardio
sustainable body-fat reduction

Then, if you truly wanted to do a first cycle, I’d want it simple enough that you actually learn how your body responds.

Hey i really appreciate you taking your time to respond and be so detailed and i completely agree with you

i haven't started any cycle yet the plan was to get to 10% first then start and i'm glad i came here and didn't blindly follow that social media coach i was weary when i saw 24 week cycle and some of those compounds with my current markers that's why i ran over here even when i punched his suggested cycle in chatgpt it was basically telling me that this cycle is extremely dangerous for me especially where my bloods were at.

i'm going to probably do a cycle when i hit 10% BF (test only) but until then i'm going to learn more about cycling and improving my training regiment, optimizing my nutrition, and try to get my bloods in line before all else i basically need to lock in before hopping on.

To be frank i'll probably lean towards finding a legit coach on here once i do get everything in order(not sure how to find them but i guess i'll figure it out) i know i can potentially post here and get amazing feedback from extremely knowledgeable people, but i think its worth spending money for a legit coach for something like this i think that's part of being serious aswell.

I mean you can do what you want but at your current state you don’t need anything more than trt. Cut down to ~10% then start thinking about bigger cycles. Otherwise you’re just fighting side effects and not getting much out of the gear. You don’t need that much to cut from 16->10% it’s only when you start to get in the single digits that you can even really notice things like masteron. Honestly I could barely see the cosmetic benefits of mast until I was like 8% or under.

Nobody has asked, are you trying to get jacked, or be a Tour de France larper? Test only for the first cycle either way

I’m mainly aiming for a lean, athletic look rather than trying to get massive. I agree that keeping the first cycle simple with testosterone only makes sense, since it would let me see how my body responds without several other compounds complicating things.

Based on what I’ve been reading, I’m considering around 300 mg of Test E per week for roughly 14–16 weeks, followed by an appropriate HCG/PCT plan. Press gave me some solid advice, but I’m going to keep researching and asking questions before starting anything. I’ll probably also look for a more reputable coach through the forum, because the plan I was originally given was obviously bad and the knowledge here is clearly unmatched i made the mistake of blindly following someone on social media that seemed knowledgeable.

Wow. Back in my day a first cycle was test 500mg per week. Nothing else. Times have sure changed

yeah I'm glad i came here before blindly following him...he would of got me killed

Ill be honest im not reading that whole book. Can someone paraphrase that for me? Just give me a synopsis @Milfpounder.

I did catch "coach, coach coach". Dont need that for 2 upper-body days 1 lower-body day
Biking on non-lifting days. Maybe trying for Mr Universe but my 17yr old is doing that routine on his own.

Well, they basically advised me not to follow that particular coach, to run a test-only cycle, and to ask for guidance here.

I know my current routine isn’t optimal, but I never claimed it was the best possible routine or that I’m unwilling to do more. I was simply doing what had been working for me, which helped me lose 120 lbs in 6–7 months and completely change my lifestyle. I’m not proud that I allowed myself to reach that weight, but I am extremely proud that I took responsibility, overcame it, and made a serious change. I honestly don’t know many people who have lost that much weight in that timeframe. It may seem easy to you or your kid based on your comment, but it wasn’t easy for me. I worked hard to get where I am, and now I’m trying to go even further and become the best version of myself. We all make mistakes, but what matters is that I’m learning from mine and doing something about it.

And adding more training days isn’t a problem at all. I never said three days was the most I was willing to do; I just needed someone knowledgeable to explain what should be adjusted that's why i laid everything out, and they pointed out that I should increase my training frequency which i will be doing.

My goal right now is to get closer to 10% body fat before starting a cycle. I also don’t see anything wrong with wanting a coach at any level, especially during a cycle. I would rather have experienced guidance, accountability, and someone helping me make informed decisions than try to figure everything out alone. I think wanting proper guidance is a completely reasonable position. I know I still have plenty to learn, which is exactly why I’m here asking questions....we all started from somewhere.

Pumped_'s picture

Just asked for a paraphrase and you neg me and go all tweaked out again (im calling bullshit on "coach", Chat GPT is your coach). What did i say that wasnt truth? And are you thumbing yourself up like crazy?!?

PLEASE DONT RESPOND BACK, I DIGRESS. YOU TAUGHT ME MY LESSON TO MIND MY BUSINESS.

SatanicFinger's picture

I didn’t “tweak out.” I responded because your comment was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. You mocked me for being new and now accused me of lying about who advised me instead of offering any useful feedback.

Everyone starts somewhere...I was honest about my routine and explained everything so experienced people could understand the full picture and guide me properly. I can also show the conversation with the person who was helping me, so I have no reason to make anything up.

You’re the only person who came at me sideways and mocked my progress without contributing anything helpful. So yes, it would have been better to mind your business. I don’t normally engage with people who communicate like this, and this will be my last response.

Pumped_'s picture

Me saying ill mind mine own business is not me handing you a win. Its me not wanting to keep hearing you type into online for an AI answer to talk to us real people. We are real here, stay away from Artificial Intelligence and think for yourself and learn from experience. Anyone can copy and paste like you are doing and giving yourself the satanic "finger". I told you dont respond back! Go back to reddit, this isnt a site for 17yr olds. It's ok, you read the the room wrong and thought you were going to get tons of +1s for copy and pasting chat.

this isn’t about “winning” lol you came in being rude, gave no actual advice, told me not to respond, then came back and replied again anyway.

yeah, i used ai to clean up what i was already trying to say because what i personally would say is rude but i don't want to come off as rude so i let AI clean it up it didn’t invent my story or my point. i’m here to learn from people who actually want to help, not go back and forth with someone looking for a reason to mock me...and you said you were done, so just leave it there buddy.

Pumped_'s picture

Your losing the "neg pumped" and "thumbs up myself" game lol. Now you hooked me in to your AI world. Lets keep playing. We can be friends. Lets make up and call peace.

hey i honestly don't have any issue with you I'm just here for advice everything i posted has been real i know that long post looks like straight AI but its legit; the AI i've implemented just makes everything look cleaner not change my point or anything...every supplement/compound etc was suggested by that social media coach...my routine/eating habits are just me and i'm learning and i'm legit trying to do better i've accomplished everything else i want in life outside of conquering my health/fitness which i neglected and i'm trying to change now...and I'm more of a planner type of person before jumping into things and before jumping into this world i wanted advice from real people who were experienced that's why i came here because i was weary of that coach and what he suggested and i'm honestly glad i did come here and get the advice i did..i would of died following that person so i do thank this community.

maybe i come off as pompous if so that's not how I'm trying to come off as if you knew me as a person you'd know i'm legit trying to change my life for the better i'm just trying to learn how to be a better person at this point in terms of my fitness.

Pumped_'s picture

You have passed the hazing. Well good work on changing your life if you were extremely overweight. I was a law breaker and a bad father, son, brother and friend and i am a different person today. All change for good is the same. I am the pot stirrer here and i hate that AI and chat GPT is the new God of our age. Im Gen Xso i grew up by learning from my own experience not a bunch of internet info compiled into one answer which is what you get from AI which isnt always true, its just 1,000,000 opinions into one answer. Dont make me sway you, this is the site to learn from and you will get real answers here. I apologize for busting your balls. I get carried away once you start feeding me.

haha you're probably going to hate me when i say my job is an AI engineer lol, but i def understand..my father is a boomer he's 80(almost a 50 year gap between us) and he hates technology in general growing up i had to learn how to deal with old school and the reality of this current generation of over use of technology TBF if other careers paid better i would of never got into my current career but...but thats because i saw my pops as a laborer his entire life and give his body away for pennies and him spending all his money for me to better my life so i chased money with all i had to better my families life...and luckily i'm doing okay.

and no worries man you don't need to apologize i grew up in the hood hashing things out is how real men do things i'm not that soft haha.

yeah haha i got the feeling everyone does, but i'm glad i came here and got the feedback before blindly rushing into this i would of got myself killed or seriously hurt.

Jockstrap's picture

Your coach is fucking you....

SatanicFinger's picture

yeah i'm def avoiding him now; i think i have to find a legit coach now idk maybe there's a section here on eroids that has legit coaches though i'll check around. I do want a coach once i do hop on i dont mind the cost but having someone whose genuinely knowledgeable is irreplaceable in my books which is what i want now. but until then i'll do as suggested once i'm lower BF and do a test only cycle and keep the people here updated rather than getting with someone claiming to be a coach that would of killed me :(

I’m still not past losing 120lbs in 6 months, 280 to 160
At 5’10”? Did you have surgery? Disease? There has to be flappy skin everywhere. Kinda like if Rusty put on a magnum condom…

SatanicFinger's picture

haha yeah i put some work in man the bike rides are what really kicked my butt and the reta was the cherry on top...i'm up to 60 mile rides at 4k elevation at the moment...doing my best to burn the fat and the resistance training helps keep my strength but i clearly need to improve there and potentially add more days in the gym as stated by others.

well fortunately i dont see much loose skin but my stomach area has a bit of loose skin but it isn't that bad nothing hanging per say but just not as elastic as before as i have strretch marks by my belly button area so we'll see as i get lower in the BF range i've got maybe like 6-7% more BF i need to lose to hit 10% but most of my body doesn't seem like it has loose skin thankfully. if my stomach area gets worse visually (like if i get hanging loose skin) i'll def consider getting surgery to cut out the loose skin though.

Drexyl's picture

Good for you buddy, keep it up. Testosterone only for your first run. Keep an eye on those bloods, hydrate well, and drop that “coach”.

SatanicFinger's picture

thanks man!

got it! i got alot of info from some great people here and learned alot and i already kicked the coach to the curb i even sent him this post link and he didn't respond after that lol.
