I'd like to report what I believe is an unfair rating. It's about the review from 'exfanboy' The reviewer explicitly stated their experience was "perfect", yet intentionally left a 4/5 rating, not because of any issue with our products or service, but because they believe moderators are skeptical of 5-star reviews.
You can see his message yourself: "exfanboy:No, personally I think it was all perfect. But Greg/the mods always talk crap about reviews being nothing but 5 stars. So I don’t give out all 5s anymore even though I had the perfect experience"
We work very hard to satisfy our customers, and it's discouraging to receive a lower score despite delivering exactly what the customer says was a perfect experience. Ratings should reflect the actual experience with the vendor, not perceptions about the forum's review system. Thank you for your attention in this matter!
First off a 3/5 and 4/5 is a very good review. Look how much you guys spoiled these snowflakes. You turned them all into cucks. A pox on your houses for allowing this to happen. Bravo for "exfanboy" stepping up and adulting these spoiled kids.
The reviews flat line to mean absolutely nothing if everyone is is ignoring the language attached to the stars. Review rankings should be stoic, unbiased, critical and honest.
The free text boxes in the review is where you can express yourself freely (following the rules and guidelines) TD pics is another area where you can express gimp like devotion not to mention the sources discussion page.
My heart bleeds for this simp of a source. So here’s my call to action. Do not spoil these children. Cowboy up and start adulting. Make the 3 and 4 star review the standard and the 5/5 ranking the exception. Imagine how hard they'll cream their pants when you do give out a 5/5.
It's scarcity that creates value. You guys have over printed the 5 and devalued it so much it means absolutely nothing.
Let's change that.

Yeah most people leave a 5 if they get a promo order mostly..I find the proof in the comment section plus if the member seams genuine. It's a slippery slope so here is something you all call can give 5 stars too..

I absolutely agree, the reviews should be absolutely unbiased, however, It Is silly to give something a lower score than what was earned. The perception of others, for example, the moderator should be irrelevant to the score you provide. Perfect means there is absolutely nothing that could have been better, if we are to use that language five stars would be appropriate. The one place sources often want a higher ranking, where it is unearned is for shipping. If something is shipped and you receive it in the expected timeline, that's four stars not five. Five stars are for shipments that arrive earlier than expected, If my memories is correct. There are a lot of inaccurate reviews, specifically for that measure.

Right, I've kinda struggled with this because if a source says t/a is 7-14, and I get my pack 7-9 days, thats a 5 in my book. If communication is automated and keeps me informed during the process... not sure how much more I can ask. If the products I buy are whats advertised, free sample or not, again.. But then everyone acts like giving 5 star reviews is fucked up.
What does 4 stars say, or 3 for that matter? And why rate or review at all if the rank is always a 5? Is the number one source the best or just the richest?
4 star would be 10-14 days. 3 star is with 4 days past. It feels like your asking us all to inherently be on the same page with something thats very subjective. If you want us to review a certain way based on specific criteria, you gotta let us know what that is.

What part of that is unclear?
"Sooner than expected" not "sooner than advertised t/a"
