+ 6 End of Cycle Bloodwork and Thoughts

ad

Afternoon, brothers!

I just received the results from my end of cycle bloodwork, which I posted below. My last pin was Thursday afternoon, and blood was drawn Friday morning.
Cycle
Weeks 1 through 4: 300 mg test
Weeks 5 through 16: 400 mg test, 300 mg Mast P
Final 6 weeks: 50 mg Anavar daily
Aromasin: 12.5 mg Monday and Thursday

I mixed the test and mast in a sterile vial and pinned daily throughout the entire cycle.

The products were top notch. Test provided by some Titans of the industry, using a mixture of Test E and Test PP. The Mast came from some guy who was probably born in '87 and enjoys picking fights with, and maybe sending dick pics to chinamen, anavar was from PhQo.

This was what I consider my first “big boi” cycle, although it was fairly moderate compared to what some of you psychos are running. Before this, I had a couple of testosterone only cycles and one testosterone cycle with low dose Anavar under my belt.

I gained about 12 pounds during the cycle, which was right around my target. I viewed this primarily as a recomp. I had just finished a year long calorie deficit in which my main goal was weight loss. I was training hard af throughout the deficit, but we all know if you want to add any meaningful amount of muscle, you have to fucking eat.

Throughout this cycle, I stayed roughly 200 to 300 calories above maintenance. Nothing crazy, and my diet and training were absolutely locked in.

Not the usual, “I eat pretty clean and train pretty hard” version of locked in you see a lot of guys on here talking about. I mean you could pick any random day from the past six months, and I can tell you exactly what I ate down to the gram, what exercises I performed, how many sets and reps I completed, how much weight I moved, and how my progression was a cunt hair better than it had been the previous week.

I made excellent progress in both muscle mass and strength. Around eight weeks into the cycle, I also started getting the “Are you on steroids?” questions at work, told them I was taking creatine and started some peptides lol.

In the future, I think I will be more of a 12 week cycle guy. The final two weeks, especially the last week, were rough. It felt like everything hit me at once. Extreme lethargy, no energy throughout the day, disappearing appetite, brain fog, and being even more antisocial than usual. I am guessing the cumulative stress from the gear, food, and training finally caught up with me, and my body told me to go fuck myself lmao.

I dropped back down to my TRT dose on Monday, and I already feel like a million bucks. My energy is back, I have the drive to get shit done again, and even my wife commented on how much better my mood has been this week.

Nothing on the bloodwork appears immediately catastrophic to me, but I am always open to criticism, both constructive and abusive. My skin is thick. My HDL came back at 22, which was not a surprise. My HDL has always run naturally low. Even before using gear, it generally stayed around 40 to 43.

I ran essentially the same panel before the cycle. Here are some of the more notable changes.

HDL: 35 to 22
LDL: 58 to 83
Total testosterone: 1,079 to 2,316
The pre cycle level was while using 175 mg per week of TRT test cyp
Free testosterone: 265 to 980
This was probably due in large part to my tanked SHBG.
hs CRP: 0.8 to 4.2
Cystatin C: 0.99 to 1.21
ALT: 23 to 54
AST: 25 to 38
GGT: 23 to 7
SHBG: 18 to 5
E2: 88
E2 was a bit high, although not outrageously high considering the cycle. I am also fairly certain I missed an Aromasin dose that week. A mid cycle estradiol check had me around 40.

My plan is to repeat the panel in approximately 12 weeks and see how everything recovers now that I am back on TRT. For now it's just cruise, keep training hard, and cut so I can be in the best shape possible to do an actual gaining phase starting in January if everything looks good health wise. Appreciate any input you OGs have.

This looks like the end of a health phase! Solid bloodwork. Definitely can tell you take care of yourself.

Honestly, the HDL of 22 doesn’t surprise me at all. What impressed me more was the ApoB of 80. That’s actually a pretty solid number considering the cycle, and I think ApoB tells us a lot more about cardiovascular risk than HDL alone. It’ll be interesting to see where both are after 12 weeks back on TRT.

The stress and cumulative damage/stress can be taxing. Maybe try knocking the plan down to 14 weeks next time and bail at 12 if the stress catches up.

Nicely executed. brother! Clear goals, pursued intelligently. Congrats!

My GGT has also improved on my current cycle, as well as my liver enzymes, but I attribute that to implementing moderate dose (100mg daily) glutathione injections. My HDL and other lipid markers look similar to yours. I'm hoping I can hold them where they are while removing the tren and swapping in low-dose anavar preworkout to keep up that CNS drive.

Useful information, communicated clearly. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks bro! When I get a minute I'll update to add all the supps I was running, should have included that initially. Injectable glutathione was definitely part of it.

Id say thats a pretty successful run. No stand out issues and good gains for a minimal surplus. Im jealous of the hematocrit, thats the one thing seeming to be hardest to control with age

Man i had issues with mine early on when I started trt, consistently 52-53. Started making sure I got 30-45 minutes of solid cardio a couple times a week, and not just being pretty sure I was hydrated, making damn SURE I was consistently hydrated. Ever since that's pretty much been my norm.

Yessir, thats what I been doing the last couple months. Zone 2 cardio and a shit ton of water with electrolytes. Hopefully Mondays labs show it has paid off

The first few paragraphs was a nice touch btw about where you got the stuff from, shit made me laugh. My upcoming bulk cycle will be in the same ballpark of mg's per week as this as well. Your health markers isn't so bad, and its crazy to see that your GGT somehow got better over the course of your cycle. You was for sure slamming back much more organ support supps on this cycle then you was previously on a cruise.

Thanks bro lol. Yeah I Definitely ramped the ancillary supps from the start. NAC, Glutathione, high dose vitamin C, citrus berg, high dose epa/dha fish oil, tudca, coq10, d3+k2, +various peptides throughout the cycle.
