Did you realise that the way you have always seen yourself when looking in the Mirror is totally different to how we look in Real life to others???!! No Shit!! LMAO
I realise some will already know this, but to those who don't its because when you look in the mirror it flips how your face appears from left to right.
Now although this sounds as if it wouldn't affect your image - it REALLY Does!!!
Because our faces are not symmetrical it means when you smile your teeth display back to front effectively, as well as your face and where exactly your nose lies.
You can see exactly what I mean when you turn on the Selfie Mode on your camera and go into 'Settings' and select 'Selfie Photo Mirror' which will then take a shot the way you see yourself. Turn this off then take another without it on and that will show how others see your Ugly mug LMAO
Its a well known fact that people often think they look uglier in real life to others compared to their own mirror reflection.

I had to be taught a lesson in this in a few different ways but this is absolutely true. I still don’t quite understand the full gravity of the “dysmorphia” but this is a very real thing. For the guys that work their asses of, people see you in ways you don’t comprehend yourself; and the fact you don’t see it is a sign of being humble which furthers the intrigue and admiration.
I def have body dysmorphia. I think I look like a tub of goo.. Meanwhile I go on vacation and had 2 people stop and tel me how great my arms looked and how they wished they had my body fo ra day. Ofcourese it was guys stopping me. My wife is like see.. Im like I don't care how often people compliment me I can't see it. More work to do.

Then you have the people on the opposite side of the spectrum... In the US we have a 30%+ obesity rate (this has been dropping due to GLp-1s). Like how can so many people walk around and allow themselves to be complete disgusting fat bodies? Like get your shit togther bro.
The family and I went to the water park this week, and man it was amazing the amount of people that were terribly obese. I know that sounds like I’m being a judgmental prick, but it’s just reality. I mean we’re talking young children that were 200+ lbs, if we’re being honest that’s heartbreaking. Seems like it has become more and more of a generational problem, but that can’t be blamed solely on genetics. It’s fucking lifestyle 99% of the time!

I have no sympathy for a grown adult that refuses to help themselves. The obese children though that are at the mercy of sub-par parents, definitely get my sympathy.
