Did you actually get your prolactin level checked, you know with bloodwork, or are you assuming it’s prolactin?

Nipple sensitivity on tren isn’t enough by itself to diagnose high prolactin. Elevated estradiol can cause similar symptoms, and cabergoline won’t fix high E2.

Also, cabergoline isn’t an instant fix. Even if prolactin is elevated, it can take days to weeks for symptoms to improve, especially if you’re still running a high dose of tren. If prolactin is genuinely high and you’re continuing the same tren dose, you’ll need an appropriate treatment plan rather than expecting one dose of caber to immediately solve it.

If you’ve got recent bloodwork showing elevated prolactin despite verified gear, post it. That’s a much stronger argument than assuming the gear is bunk based on symptoms alone.
