Anyone running both of these concurrently? My BP is fine running daily cialis, but Telly has additional protective benefits. I am going to be starting up a cycle here soon and would like that added layer of protection, but certainly dont want to crash my bp too low. I LOVE Cialis, for the slight bp benefit but mainly for the pumps in the gym and bedroom. Just looking for first hand experience using both, or maybe just the more knowledgeable here to say if its a good or bad idea.

I’m running both. 10mg cialis daily in the am before the gym and 40mg telmisartan before bed. I’m on a laundry list of compounds and just took Bp last night prior to taking daily telmisartan dose and was 129/72 average of 3 different readings
Cialis doesn't meaningfully lower BP in otherwise healthy individuals more than placebo (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14609622/) at the doses studied, and the combination does not appear to be synergistic in lowering BP more than just Telmisartan (https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=2144-0,2152-0&pro...)

Respectfully, I dont care what the studies say. It absolutely lowers my bp.

If you aren’t already, monitor BP when introducing the telmi just to err on the side of caution, other than that I think there is only benefits to introducing the telmi.
I run 10mg Cialis in the morning and the Telmisartan 80mg at night.
When on cycle I take these daily. Never hurts to be as proactive as you can when it comes to heart health.
80mg of Telmisartan
20 mg of Nebivolo
10mg of Cialis

Do you take Telmisartan and Nebivolol at the same time? Or Telmisartan AM and Nebivolol PM?
I run 20 mg of propranolol a day and 10mg of Cialis for my BP.
I’m running 80mg Telmistartan and 5mg cialis daily. BP is in normal range, never had an issue with it dropping too low. I also take 15mg adderall daily, so maybe that’s that counterbalance.
I am on both of these daily right now.
40mg Telmisartan
12.5mg of Tadalafil
200mg Test C Weekly
200mg Masteron E Weekly
Daily average BP - 116 / 65
Thanks man. My BP is already 120/70, Telmisartan may lower it, but the blast should raise it. It will all balance out. Only one way to find out
Yeah start the blast and just keep tracking your BP once you see a week or two of consistent elevated BP then drop the Tel
