Recovery is the secret weapon. Quality food, quality sleep, plenty of water, keeping stress low, and never missing meals. The training builds muscle—the lifestyle lets it grow. ----

Outside the gym, I’m just as disciplined as I am inside it. I prioritize quality sleep, meal prep, hydration, daily cardio, and recovery. I also stay busy growing my business and making the most of every opportunity to spend time with my two boys. The physique is built during the other 23 hours of the day.

Outside of the gym I’m staying a beast by working my butt off at my day job doing commercial HVAC. Long days on the rooftops and mechanical rooms that feel like saunas. At the end of the day it’s very fulfilling to do good work and bring home a good paycheck

Outside the gym, at 51 years old. I am still doing one of the HARDEST, most physically exhausting jobs in the world. "ROOFING" Currently working on a barn about 40yds in length. Only 2 of us doing the complete tear off of shingles. Me and a 19 year old. We already did the one half of the barn. The dump truck weighed in at 12,000 pounds of shingles we tore off with just a scraper and by hand. No shade. In 95 degree weather with the sun beating down relentlessly. Took 5 hours just to tear all the shingles and felt and nails off the roof. Then you have to replace any wood that is bad. Add new felt and reshingle. But first you have to unload 3 pallets of 75 pound bundles of shingles that are fed up a conveyor. You have to carry the 75 pound bundle the length of the roof. About 40yds and keep stacking bundles making it sa shorter walk each time. Still exhausting in 95 degree sun. Days last anywhere from 8 to 12 hrs. And you still have to constantly go up and down a 2 story ladder carrying equipment as needed. I have watched countless people young in shape that couldn't hack it after just one day of working. I sweat literally nonstop, muscles, back, knees, in pain and aching after each day. Only to come home, shower and pass out. And do it all over the next day.

Outside of the gym…

FUCKIN DIETING! A lot of people miss this. This along with training makes the beast! Hitting macros DAILY! Water, carbs, fats, proteins. Timing your meals. It’s all down to a science, and once you figure out your body science it becomes easier to manipulate the body to do what you want it to do. EAT SOLID AND TRAIN SOLID!

Outside the gym to become a beast: well this past year ive focused on being more overall healthy and athletic. So ive stayed locked in on my diet, doing more cardio. I cant run yet but we have hiking trails here. In my personal life im doing alot more therapy and counseling for personal growth to live with my health problems. Spending more time with my dogs as they get older and taking a break from dating to learn how to be alone so i dont keep accepting bad women treating me poorly. Mentally im much happier. Physically my diabetes and BP are under control. And people tell me they like me at 180lbs better than a big 240lb monster. They say im more approachable

Always looking to stock up on some gear

I’ve been around the world twice, talked to everyone once, seen two whales fuck, been to three world fairs, and I even know a man in Thailand with a wooden cock. Push more peter, more sweeter and more completer than any other peter pusher around. I’m a hard bodied, hairy chested, rootin, tootin, shootin, parachutin, demolition double cap crimping, Frogman. There ain’t nothing I can’t do, no sky too high, no sea to rough, no muff too tough. “Learnt a lot of lessons in my life, never shoot a large calibre man with a small calibre bullet. Drive all kinds of truck 2 bys, 4 bys, 6 bys, those big motherfuckers that bend and go tshhhh, tshhhh, when you step on the breaks. Anything in life worth doing, is worth overdoing, moderation is for cowards. I’m a lover, I’m a fighter, I’m a UDT Navy Seal Diver, I wine, dine, intertwine and sneak out the back door when the revealing is done. So, if you’re feeling froggy you better jump because this Frogman’s been there, done that, and is going back for more. Cheers Boys!
