What’s the issue?
Leg day when properly done. Trying to not puke during heavy session then trying to not hop while using clutch in car. Lol
Family BBQ while cutting, without a doubt. Dealing with a brutal leg day is simple you just put your head down and suffer through the volume, and leave. But trying to stick to a strict calorie deficit while surrounded by family pressuring you to eat, endless sides, and open grills? That takes a completely different level of mental discipline.
