Got 5 weeks left and boy is the final part of conditioning stubborn as fuck. If I can get quads and belly button area leaner I’ll be happy. I will say I’m not an advocate for it but Clen has helped shed when it got hard. On 80mcg currently, gonna up it to 100. I DO NOT feel it’s worth it at all if you’re just trying to lean out. Reta/GH are the best for that.
Clen Hack (for me): Morning take 6g Taurine, 400mg Ubiquinol. Holy shit do those help lower sides like crazy.

But yea I fucking screwed up my adductor several months ago on meadows rows (going way too heavy) and put too much weight in groin area. MRI wasn’t pretty but no full tears so I did recover but it took a while. I never stopped hitting legs but couldn’t do any pressing, so it was just ext and curls (and calves obv) for a bit.

@BigCoachKen yea i started in the 240’s, cleaned up diet slowly but surely, Reta def helped with my defluff. Easier to make better food choices with some structure, which is all you need to do really to drop when ur at peak bulk

The issue with volume is that you quite literally won’t have the same output. Like say I do 2 sets of something, my second back off set will have the same or even less reps with less weight if that makes sense

If you mix up a jug of water (60-72oz) with electrolyte mix + 5-8g taurine and then drink that jug over 1-2 hours when you first wake up you’ll never have a single side from clen regarding cramping and such. Even up to 160mcg. Your heart rate will be jacked and sleep will suck but you’ll never cramp once.
Looking great. The last stretch is a grinder but you’ll make it. Can’t wait to see you dried out, tanned up, and on stage
