Got 5 weeks left and boy is the final part of conditioning stubborn as fuck. If I can get quads and belly button area leaner I’ll be happy. I will say I’m not an advocate for it but Clen has helped shed when it got hard. On 80mcg currently, gonna up it to 100. I DO NOT feel it’s worth it at all if you’re just trying to lean out. Reta/GH are the best for that.
Clen Hack (for me): Morning take 6g Taurine, 400mg Ubiquinol. Holy shit do those help lower sides like crazy.
