Leg day when properly done. Trying to not puke during heavy session then trying to not hop while using clutch in car. Lol

Wednesday full leg day + 30Min stair master 40lb vest
Low speed level 5
Then repeat.
My wife wanted to do chest and quads today so i switched it up.
Also Ed is cardio with 40lb vest 15min Wednesday go a little harder really cook my legs or try atleast.

Day 1 chest/core/ light shoulders
Day 2 back/arms
Day 3 legs/core
Day 4 shoulders/arms
Day 5 rest
Repeat. Everything gets hit every 6th day so I can technically say everything gets it twice a week.
Everything the body needs.
That’s almost same for me but I have a rest day on day 4, I like hitting muscle groups more than once every 7 days

Definitely family day bbq while cutting, leg days seem to be getting easier the older I get, at least I’m making it more of a priority these days compared to years ago. Most of my family are assholes anyways, so yea that’s always difficult.
