Need help w my new cycle

I stopped running everything I was on for about 3 going on 4 months just cruised test c 100migs a week but now I’m tryna start a cycle
Test cyp 250mg 10ml vial
EQ boldenone 300mg 10ml vial
Masteron p 200mg 10ml vial
I wanna keep everything low I am down to 140lbs to this exact day from 190lbs last year I work concrete/epoxy resinous floors all day also looking to do this right unlike the first time.. I need help w the mfs and what to run thanks in advance!!

I know working in concrete, and from what you said about your weight, that your body is just ripping through calories. No amount of gear is going to make you grow without calories. Gotta figure all that out first, and how you can train and recover from such a demanding job, and then hop on the gear.

If you're looking for something to increase appetite do some research into mk677 and ghrp 6 instead of going straight to anabolics. Work on getting your size up through calorie intake first, then once your training and nutrition are up to par you can THINK about introducing the drugs. Plan for the long term bro.

100% I been looking into the cycle and how it would help me when I posted this cause I have the vials I just want to do it correct and me not being able to eat number really stunts everything so that’s why I was looking into eq and the last with the test is what helped me loose my weight when I did loose it etc.. so I was thinking of how to put on muscle the right way without to much water
Making a post with little to no information is going to yield you the same. If you had a blood panel with an explanation you just gave me and even just macros you’re eating. Gives guys a better picture. Also from this post I assume you’ve only taken test so how high have you ran it? What did your e2 do at higher doses? These are all things to consider when taking any hormone and there’s no reason to add anything if you can’t atleast dial in test. And as others said eat train sleep that’s where the focus needs to be rather than adding a bunch of compounds. Be suprised what you can achieve with just test
Man when I first started this shit out last year I was on tri tren masteron p test e only bad experience was prolly the tren from making u feel like a female w all them emotions to the sweating and I only did THT for 4weeks and stopped but when I was running test mast p mainly the whole cycle and it did me real good yea I ahvent done no blood work and yes I stopped because of THT but man it got me into great shape.. that’s why I was thinking about adding the eq to the mast and test wich I already know how I react to.. and again I’m just asking cause when I first started blasting I had no help no tips just started normal mgs then pushed em and I don’t want to do THT so that’s why I made this so I can see some advice but ik eating is number one and bro I was at 600 test 300 mast and 100 tri tren when I did touch it and yea totally stupid but I stopped once I got advice and now I’m tryna learn and know how to approach
Bro like I said stop worrying about the gear worry about eating clean diet in surplus and train hard 4-5 times a week if you insist on doing a “cycle” increase your test to 300 if you can’t make that work you’re doing it wrong

Carbs: 275–325 g/day (fill the remaining calories)
Jfc bro for the love of god talk to a few of the more experienced guys on here before you kill yourself. TRT and food, starting at 140 lbs you'll make insane progress if you can dial in your nutrition and training.
