EQ dosing/ titration?

ad

Looking to implement some EQ into my next bulking cycle
Compound selection are as follows
Test
Eq
Mast
It’s my first run with EQ and I’m looking to see what everyone’s experience is with EQ.
What dose did you start with?
How did you titrate it up?
Test to EQ ratio?
“Front loading” for quicker saturation?
Any insights on this mass builder would be greatly appreciated Smile

For a first EQ run, most start around 400-600mg per week alongside an equal or slightly lower test dose, something like 400-500mg test. EQ has a long half life around 14 days, so front loading the first 1-2 injections makes sense to speed up saturation, otherwise it takes 6-8 weeks to feel anything. No real need to titrate up since the slow kick-in means you won't see effects from a low dose change for weeks anyway.
Expect a significant appetite increase, which works well for bulking but catches people off guard if they're not eating enough already. Run it minimum 16 weeks given how slow it builds, anything shorter and you miss most of the benefit.

4:1 for me. Front load double dose for the first week and a half should track release speed of test cyp well

I run eq at a 2:1 ratio it always works out well for me.
8-10 weeks into it I get unbearably hungry though.
Front loading is cool but I’d just be careful if it’s your first go around. Might end up crashing yourself and that wouldn’t be good.

I run at a 3:1 ratio. In past I did 2:1 and then adjusted on labs. But it better to start low then can always add eq. It’s better make adjustments to the eq then Throwing more test at the problem or dbol when you real crashed out

I do 3-400mg a week. It’s more of an ai replacement for me with some vascularity/endurance benefits for me. Good add on, but imo not really worth running too high for size

Same here. Test/NPP are my main growth drivers and I add just enough EQ to keep my E2 where I want it. Also helps with hunger for bulking. It works wonderfully used in this context.

Why take an AI when you can get the same reduction in E2 with just a little bit more anabolism in your cycle?? Win/win. Drink your water and do your cardio and you won’t getting any RBC/HCT problems

Try Bold Cyp for your first cycle and see how you react to it. Much shorter ester, should be easier to dial it in.

I have not run EQ in quite a few years. I always responded well to it, but as Infidel said, I ran it for longer periods, always 16 weeks minimum. I was around 600/400 Test/Eq. Now I aromatize like a bitch and have considered jumping back on it my next cycle just to help with my E2, but I'm having a hard time since I'm dying to jump on the Mast train. With Eq, the Hematocrit issue is the big factor. I don't want to have to fight high hematocrit on a long cycle. I would not recommend front loading, just in case it crashes your E2, I would run it a couple weeks to a month and have bloods checked to see where your E2 is at and how you're responding to it.

Ratio: EQ acts as an AI, meaning it suppresses e2 so you are going to have to find your own ratio. I would start at a 2:1 Test/EQ ratio and get labs. You don't want to start and have your e2 crash. A good starting dose would be 200-300mg a week.

Titration: If well tolerated after about 4–6 weeks, some increase to 400–600 mg/week. Going much beyond that tends to increase side effects faster than benefits for many people. At the same time, the old school thought is anything below 500mg isnt even worth taking it. And as said above YOU HAVE TO GET LABS MONTHLY TO CHECK e2.. this is very important.

Cycle length: min 16 weeks, sometimes as long as 24 weeks or longer (i might get roasted for this)

Front Loading: No

Thing to consider:

One of the biggest reasons people like EQ is that it provides slow, steady muscle gains instead of quick weight gain. Most users say the muscle they gain looks leaner and harder, with better vascularity and muscle fullness. Many people also notice a bigger appetite, which can make it easier to eat enough food during a bulk, although not everyone gets this effect. Another commonly reported benefit is better endurance and work capacity, allowing for longer, more productive workouts.

The biggest downside of EQ is that it can raise red blood cell count and hematocrit, which is often the main reason people have to lower the dose or stop using it. Some users also notice higher blood pressure, while others report feeling more anxious or irritable. Because EQ works very slowly, it also requires patience. Many people don't really notice what it can do until they've been using it for eight to ten weeks or even longer.

With all that said, I havnt ran EQ in over a decade so my body could have different reactions now that I am older. I alreeady have a hematocrit issue so I tend to stay away from it.
