Ive been on doctor prescribed TRT in the UK for 6.5 years. After a very rough first year I managed to get put on 175mg/week Cypionate and 5mg Tadalafil daily. Originally 100mg/4 days IM but quickly changed to 25mg/day SQ. In the UK this is considered by the medical profession as a very high dose. Im 57, I’m 6'2". Starting weight 220 currently 185. No previous steroid use. Ive probably lost 50 lbs in fat. Massive transformation. I have had 22 blood tests. I feel my best when my Free T is between 0.85 and 1.0, total test 35-40 (US 1000-1150). Last year I hit a low point with my free T dropping down to 0.58 over a 9 month period. All my low T symptoms came back with a vengeance. Weight went up, no energy to train, no libido, anxiety etc. I genuinely believed the testosterone I had been given was defective. The doctor was useless. It's difficult to think clearly in this state. I eventually worked out the only real change in my life was the reintroduction of alcohol and I had let it become too regular. I didn't drink alcohol at all in my first 3 years on TRT. I went tea total again in April 2024. I doubled down on my diet. I prep all my meals. I turned it around in 6 months. No change in dose, just clean living. My next test showed 43.8 T and 1.13 Free. The doctors instead of being happy, went full throttle at me to cut the dose.

In December 2024 I fixed a ten year shoulder injury and have been injury free now 7 months allowing me to do some lifting and boxing training. The boxing combined with walking helped me drop from 205 lbs in January to 185 on 10th April. In May the doctors insisted I cut my dose. They wanted a 25% decrease to 131.25 after some arguing they settled on 15% @ 148.75. The best reason they could give for the reduction is they thought I might have heart problems in the future. Within a month my energy was reduced, HRV halved, no recovery, training ability seriously cut, sleep worse and more. I stuck with it until I could get another blood test. This showed my Free T at 0.73. Not my worst but for f*** sake I was at my all time best, lowest body weight, boxing twice a week, 10 mile walk weekends. The test was 6th June and I put myself back on to 175mg/week (25mg daily sub Q). 21 days later Im getting back to where I was. I have written to the provider and still waiting for a reply. I have approached every UK based provider but none are willing to deal with me or they do not allow daily sub Q.

TRT causes me a lot of fear. Im frightened of the period of my life before TRT. I call it the void. I lost interest in everything including breathing and it saved my life. Now I'm caught up in doctors following guidelines, profit margins and trapped by drugs legislation. I have learnt a lot in the last 6 years, the main thing is they don't give a shi*.

I have attached a pdf of all my bloods from the start. Let me know your thoughts. I run high E2. I tried an AI in my first year and I had a severe reaction to it and wont do it again. I have no symptoms of gyno. This year I went on my strictest food regime and cant get the lipid profile to change. I eat high protein, low carb. Typically 170-200g protein a day. I maintain on 2600-2800 calories 3000 when training. When losing weight I typically eat 1800-2200 calories. I track sleep, HRV and step count. Blood pressure has been stable for 6 years around 112/62 pulse 65. I over absorb iron (Irish genes), so donate blood 2-4 times a year. I supplement with 10g creatine, 5g citralene malate, B12, D3 (8000iu), K2, Magnesium.

Time to do it myself. All I need to do is find testosterone cypionate. I have bought 8 months supply for the cost of one months TRT (shocking). I have read the forum rules on discussing supply and product and I'm confused about whether its ok to post a picture to see if its legit. I though I had done my due diligence but the supplier doesn't have any recent good feedback on this site. The product looks like it should but has a QR code and scratch panel. The code takes you to the manufacturers website but there is no code once its scratched off!!!!

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
