Is it better to take 25mg anadrol twice a day or 50mg once a day ?

Anadrol is one of the only orals I would only use once per day, and pre workout that is. The full 50mg prior to training maybe up to 100mg to the dome and then go tear shit up. As far as fat loss goes, you can just about bulk or cut on any anabolic depending on the diet and water intake. Anadrol though is gonna give you a shit ass time if you’re hoping for the scale to drop. It’s gonna drive a shit ton of water and glycogen into the muscle which is gonna add some weight to your body majority of the time. So I wouldn’t necessarily expect weight loss brother. You could in reality be losing fat based off diet, cardio and calorie restriction but still see the scale either stay the same or go up due to the water retention and fullness from the anadrol.
Stable blood levels with twice a day 25mg.
For sure - taking/having an Oral twice per day is always going to be better than just the once! For Oral steroids it also maintains stable blood levels better. Some say Adrol can rely on just the once with its half life generally cited as twice as long as things like DBol - plus if you take a full 50mg Tab then its going to give full daily cover. I like to just take DBol once per day because I find twice very tedious after a while remembering to take it - acid reflux is worse and stomach sensitivity too.

I just found out something I never knew - there is Both Female and Male grass in the ground!! LMAO
Hence why the Male grass releases pollen to be carried by the wind to fertilize the female grass - and why my Hayfever is sooo fuckin bad currently LOL Even the hayfever tabs aren't stopping it atm - the Male grass is taking over!!!

Not sure. I have a pack that’s been ready to ship this week. I sent him a pm a couple days ago. Maybe 3 days ago. No response. I do tend to be impatient. But this hasn’t been the experience I’ve had with Unc in the past. So I am just hoping everything is okay on his end of the world. Maybe he just needed a few days off.
