If you could pick 1 thing to do differently next cut what would it be
I would give myself more time. This cut was 6 weeks, I stopped because it was just too much. Also I’m gunna rely less on the Reta. I lost some muscle mass forsure which again comes with the territory.
So longer cut, less drugs and more food, I really punished myself and it’s just not needed or healthy.. I felt like shit but the end result is always worth it.
