What is the best AAS for lean muscle for beginners other than test I'm 195 5'7 want to build a better body I'm looking for a recomposition I work out 45 min a day 6 days a week any advice would be great

If you have never done aas before test is plenty. Learning to mitigate sides and keep stable levels is key first. Now considering you have done that and know how to keep everything stable and mitigate sides I can only speak of what works for me as other people may get sides from stuff I prefer. I’ve done most aas aside from ment, primo, and methyl tren. When recomping I love Masteron or EQ. Eq doesn’t really crash my estrogen and I’ve run eq by itself. Wouldn’t recommend it as I did experiments with all compounds by themselves not because I prefer it. As far as side effect profile for most people Masteron would be a good option. Eq is a little more work for some because you have to dial in your ration where as I don’t. I don’t get sides for most compounds other than test honestly. Masteron if you can find it would be a good start. Assuming you’ve run test by itself first. Also assuming you know how to eat, sleep, and train. I had a great physique natural before I ever touched aas. So I had a leg up knowing my body and how to diet. Your body will be different than mine so I can only speak for myself and somewhat a general consensus of what others report with their use on certain compounds. Recomp is going to require a disciplined diet. I’ve always stayed fairly lean. So it’s easier for me to diet than say someone who has a gut. I see results in my diet quickly. Aas isn’t going to make up for a lack in dietary discipline for most people. I cut carbs back just eating white rice and some oatmeal and two weeks later I’m getting fairly ripped. To put into perspective how lean I am even when I bulk. I bulk for 8 weeks and cut for 4-6. Cycling my diet that way always keeps me growing. I bulk too long and I plateau pretty fast.
I have only been on test for a while now my diet consist of rice meat veggies no fast food but every once in awhile my waist is a 34 I have been that size since highschool I'm 37 now at 195 5'7 military standards I'm at 17%bf but more 20 to the eye never did anything else just test
What’s you test dosage been at, and have you experienced any sides you’ve had to fend off? Only reason I ask is if your like myself where as I fight test for a good while when I use it and tend to do better with lower test for the health benefits and slight anabolic effect while using other anabolics for my growth. If you tolerate test well then you may not need to go that route.

What is the difference on test e or c I'm running test e now at 300 mg a week 624 on my blood work if I did 500 mg of test e or test c would it make a difference the only thing I really read about is test e has a shorter half life
Test e is a slightly shorter half life, and some people metabolize it easier than c. According to some studies anyways. I’ve always used e. Some studies also say there is less estrogen conversion with e but that’s specific to each person anyways. I aromatize like crazy regardless which test I use. My first go was 300mg one shot a week and my levels were much higher than that, but idk how far into it you are and how long after pinning your doing your blood work. I usually start feeling the fullness and ego up lift middle to end of week two. Libido is up a few days after first pin. Definitely monitor bloods. The amount of people who said no need for an ai at 300mg to me early on were so wrong for me specifically. High estrogen is rough. It came in for me super fast.
I was on trt 150 a week for a month and wasn't really helping got tested from titan about to months ago and no real big improvements other then not tired anymore so I'm thinking about moving it up small increments at a time 350 400 and so on til I get to 500

Definitely a good idea to titrate up incrementally like your thinking. I’m a hyper responder to test so it sucks for those who aren’t like it seems to be for yourself. Have you looked at your estradiol or dht levels. To see if your converting more test rather than having more circulating as testosterone.
Thats kinda of it, some say you get less water retention with E but thats debatable to estrogen and other factors

Yep, currently running a low dose (75mg/wk) for joint support during a blast. It took a couple of weeks to feel the full effects, but it's fantastic if you've never used it.

Please don’t bully me, but started the Test E from here a week ago. Doing daily micro injections of 25mg. First time on test. Since about day 3, I feel like I have the flu. Weird body temperature fluctuations, fatigue, low energy. I’m hesitant to believe test flu is a thing, because I don’t see a mechanism in which that would be possible. Gonna just ride it out, but is this a common occurrence? Is it possible my body doesn’t like the enanthate ester or MCT oil?
