Dude you are absolutely killing it. Remember the biggest critic is always going to be yourself. Any other person is going to look at this and think you are doing an amazing job and have come so far. Keep up the great work

You and I are about the same size & build. I started honing in my diet last winter to try & get back in mid 20s condition (life has ben a roller coaster for the past 8 years). It looks like you have packed on a ton of lean mass. Imo that's where it takes time. After 6 months, I'm a little fluffier version of your current photo... but that's where muscle memory kicks in. I don't expect to be that lean for another 6-12 months as I am slow & steady. There is no point in crashing the body bud. Keep doing your thing. The marathon approach is the best way to approach this lifestyle.

I'd say you are looking great!

Irezumi sleeve looks great btw... I'm getting back on track for my body suit next month.

You’re joking right? You’re killing it! You will never see yourself for what you truly are. You will always have the “old you” stuck in your head.

Pandateston's picture

BIG, that’s a huge transformation.

One thing people forget is that losing adipose tissue is generally much easier than building quality lean contractile tissue. Getting lean is one battle. Building dense, mature muscle is another, and it usually takes much longer because it goes against the body’s natural tendency to maintain homeostasis and preserve energy.

Honestly, don’t compare yourself to internet transformations. Half of them are missing context, enhanced by lighting, timing, genetics, camera angles, or simply not telling the whole story. Even then, everyone is different, so comparison is mostly useless.

Compare yourself to the guy on the left.

You went from roughly 25% BF to the mid-teens while keeping almost the same bodyweight. That’s not average progress…that’s excellent progress.

The next level of muscularity, density, and maturity comes from stacking more years of consistency on top of what you’ve already built.

1 is better than 0. Being 1% better today than yesterday is still progress.

Keep learning, keep growing, and keep doing exactly what you’re doing.

You absolutely crushed it, Big bro.

I agree with this. I’m pretty lean and have good muscle mass but when I look at myself compared to dudes that have been at this for years, I can tell the difference in muscle maturity. It’s honestly just they have put in more work and more time. I know I will look like them if I don’t give up which is part of the drive to keep going back.

Comparison is the thief of joy brother. I know this game is hard seeing other people progress faster than you even though you know you’re nailing everything to the best of your ability. I experience the same thing. You look fuckin great bro, I literally said “damn” when I looked at this post so I think you’re doin’ just fine!!

Dude this is a great transformation over 3 years. I wouldn’t even think about the shit you see on social media. You’ve been at it for 3 years, that’s nothing. Some guys don’t achieve that physique in much longer with PED’s.

Everyone’s different, you can always hard cut like crazy to peel it out even more if you ever feel the need, but I think you’re solid my man.

+1 on the tats also

Shit takes time and consistency don’t buy into those bs ass transformations you see, most of it is complete bs to sell coaching/program. You can reach any goal you want. Look what you did in 2 years? Thats insane, took a lot of work and dedication to the game but it is realistic. And you can only get better from here. If you’re training with intensity, to failure or at least 1 RIR, you are doing enough

You look great man. As far as your question I think you have to ask yourself what is your current goal? I see you’re on what I would call a “weight loss” dose of Reta, but at the same time you’re pushing high test and moderate EQ. Are you trying to get dick skin shredded? If so I would drop eq and var, lower test, and add in Masteron. I would do real harsh assessment of my diet and cardio. Then I would buckle up for a long dedicated cut, keeping compounds at a low to moderate dose to prioritize health over the length of this long cut. You have a great physique now, but I think to get to that next level like you’re talking about you have to be extremely self critical. You’ll need to go into a dedicated “fat loss” or “growth phase”. I would recommend the dedicated cut to get as lean as possible before you push the gas for a growth phase. Remember 99% of the time if you’re not seeing the change you expect, more gear isn’t the answer. It is diet and training, I would say more diet than training most of the time. I’m not an expert by any means, but I will say your physique is already great man it won’t be hard to dial in.

born2diee's picture

I guess that’s my problem, it’s like I want to get big big already but I know I have some left over fat to lose - once I hit 240-245 I start to “spill over” or it’s to difficult to maintain that weight long enough.

I’m just also wondering if these 6month-1year transformations are real ?? Like social media has really thrown a curveball at me about physiques lately

In a promo × 1
Yuzy2784's picture

You’re already big man, and you’d be surprised how much “bigger” you look if you cut down to 9-10%. These social media transformations aren’t real, it’s just outside noise that is typically used to peddle some shit product. Fuck the outside world, in this game it’s you vs you. The question to ask yourself is what can I do to build the best version of me. Who gives a fuck if some influencer is 6% bf at 137 lbs? Like I previously stated dial it in and cut cut cut you will be amazed at what you transform into. At your size after a cut you will reap the metabolic benefits as well as the cosmetic. The increased insulin sensitivity, the improved HBA1C, the overall improvement of systemic inflammation, etc… . From there your ceiling for growth will be much higher vs if you chase this bigger bigger bigger mindset.

In a promo × 1
born2diee's picture

I like the deep analyzing and explanations, clearly you have more knowledge than I do because what you’re saying is making a lot of sense to me. You’re right I’m chasing numbers on the scale and in the constant head space of growing bigger , I always knew deep inside that I needed to cut but was always “afraid” of being 200-210 pounds because of the mindset I have - not realizing that it’s the way to grow bigger in a healthier way. I know this is random but I’m at about week 10 of the EQ cycle- would hate to stop before it fully saturates … any suggestions?

In a promo × 1
Yuzy2784's picture

If your goal is to go into a cut and pull EQ, then saturation of the compound is irrelevant. All you’ll do is extend the life of the metabolites in your system by running until you reach saturation.

As far as the hyper-responder question this is hard to quantify. There is so much that goes into being able to actually answer said question.
- Serum concentrations yielded from a set dose of exogenous hormone
- Androgen receptor concentration
-Myostatin and Follistatin levels
-The bodies ability to preform protein synthesis
-The bodies ability to maintain metabolic function while exposed to super physiological doses of hormones

To actually answer this question we would need you and your clone to follow the exact same protocol while one is exposed to AAS, while the other acts as a control. While some people respond better than others, there is often always a parameter that is having a negative impact on the end goal. It’s just a matter of how detrimental that parameter is to said goal. Don’t get so hung up on “hyper-response”, but focus more on optimizing the overall protocol to work synergistically to accomplish your goal.

They aren’t real. Or they started at like 145lbs and now are 185lbs. So they look much bigger but compared to you in person they’re still small as fuck
6’2” 230 at your body fat is getting in that big big territory. You’re probably the biggest guy in most rooms
