Current gear usage dosages bumped slightly
Adelphi test e 630mg pw
Pp mast e 540mg pw
Pp tren e 360mg pw
Adelphi 80mcg clen daily
Just added in 40mg pharmaqo anavar pre workout on training days.
Felt incredible through this entire phase no Drop off in performance or energy no heavy legs no extreme crash diet just keeping everything consistent. Same meals every day weighed out to the gram 6 litres of water daily, salt weighed out with every meal, no off plan meals or cheat meals although it's fathers day tomorrow so the wife and kids are taking me out for a steak meal so will be first off plan meal. 2 high days added where I just up my normal carbs through the entire day to about 650c through this entire 9.5 weeks so far.
Everything good, everything solid, sleep on point can't complain.

Yes we have had some decent weather in England the last week and I had the week off work so spent the days in the garden tanning up haha! More work to do let's gooooo!!!

Haha i had my garden renovated 2 weeks ago and had a week full of sun I'm the UK so literally the only time I moved was to get my steps I'm through the day iv had friends asking me if I'm taking mt2!

Everyone always says I have really strong upper back, traps and and shoulders iv realised I need to work on these lower lats I decided to reset all movements about 4 weeks ago throw the ego out the window and start really focusing on the contraction hoping I can start making some progress here in the near future!

Lat insertions play a huge part on how well the lower lats ever show. Looks like you have high insertions, but that’s not to say you can’t abuse them and bring them out. Overall your back looks sick brother, very impressive!

No problem buddy I was going to go more in depth with each meal but I felt I had already written out a huge essay haha. I virtually go 0 fat throughout the day majority of carbs around the workout window normally pre is 85g cream of rice 25g honey 50g whey 2g pink salt (I train 5am), post workout 100g cream of rice, 25g honey, 200g chicken, meal 3 125g rice, 100g banana 160g chicken, meal 4 125g rice 160g chicken then backload fats in the evening to keep me fuller and more satiated in the evenings when hunger normally starts to creep up but my fats I get from 220g salmon in meal 5 with 450g airfried potstoes and meal 6 20g nut butter pre bed with 300gGreek yoghurt, 100gbanana and 40g whey which I normally pop in the freezer for 1 hour literally just like a chest meal

I have some shows in mind but my head can sometimes fall off the closer I get so at the moment I'm enjoying the process and if I get to where I need to be I'll be jumping in to a show just not 100% committing right now as I start to get in my own head haha

Fair enough. I can’t do it that way. I was prepping for a show in July, but wife got pregnant and our second is due in July now. No way I can finish out a prep and peak with a newborn and the lack of sleep that comes with it, so I dropped the mindset of the show and my extreme discipline went with it lol. Still cut to 6.2% bf, but I stalled there because I’d eat little snacks here and there and get ice cream with my daughter because I had no real set goal anymore and the diet was just open ended with no finish line.

I get it man it's hard when you have a family I have a wife and 2 kids myself which is part of the reason I'm not 100% committing yet as the last few weeks get dark man and they kind of get pushed to the side. What's made it easier this year is the wife is on reta and actually dieting at the same time no no meals out or off plan meals as she's just as dialed in as me where as in the past I'd have to allocate a night every 2 weeks or so and I'd just binge when it come to an off plan meal but it's been a breeze this time around
