5’11 250lbs (slacking)

Goals:
Strength, fullness, size

Split:
Day 1 Chest and Core
Day 2 Back (row dominant)
Day 3 Shoulders and Traps and Core
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Back (pulldown dominant)
Day 6 Arms and Core
Day 7 start back at day 1 (no days off. Someone will tell me im wrong but it is how ive always done it)

Cycle:
Test Cypionate- 1cc (250mg) mon, wed, fri, sun
DHB- 1cc (100mg) mon, wed, fri, sun
Oral Tren- 1mg 30-60 minutes preworkout ED
Dbol- 40mg 30-60 minutes preworkout ED
HGH- 4iu AM and 4iu post workout ED

Interesting setup, BIG bro!

I like the Test + DHB + GH base.

I’ve played with Oral Tren quite a bit. For me, 500mcg wasn’t enough either. I had to bump it to 1mg to really get much out of it. That said, being completely honest, Halo always felt stronger to me in terms of aggression, CNS drive, and overall gym performance.

What I’m really curious about is the diet. At 250 lbs, the food is going to be just as important as the gear.

What are the macros looking like? And what’s your pre- and post-workout nutrition setup?

Also, with 4 IU GH first thing in the morning, are you doing any fasted LISS cardio? And how are you feeling from it? Any lethargy or does your body handle that dose pretty well?

Stairmaster first thing AM after the gh. 30 minutes. Feel shitty with about 10 minutes left of it usually. Macros sitting around 400g protein 800g carbs (mostly jasmine/basmati rice) no added fats just what comes from the steak etc. i can put the diet plan on here when i get a break. About half the days carbs are pre, intra, post due to the taboo. I wish i could go in depth on that on here but was told i couldnt. I think (well i know) its important when running higher gh and high macros. Can message you though

Ive ran it a few times. I went through a phase where i wanted to try everything especially uncommon items like madol (pheraplex), msten, bolasterone, oral tren, m1t etcZ i always loved the strength and “hardness” from oral tren. Ive ran it all the way up to 1mg. Split doses, full dose, etc. any specific questions ask away

Manageable for me. 4 weeks is my usual cut off for this oral though. Usually go longer with others

I've never been able to go every single day - when I was natty I could often do 3 to 4 days straight training then need a day off when younger. That then became 2 on and 1 off when on gear because I was lifting much heavier and needed the recovery. Then just with tendons taking longer to recover and my back/CNS it became EOD. Put the most weight and muscle on training EOD actually. I find also that after a hard session all I want to do all the next day is eat and rest - plus its age I guess.

I think its a mixture of Powerlifting and constant heavy lifting in general mate - I really don't think you can get away from it especially as you get older. The gear means you get so much stronger than you ever would of naturally - meaning you are always putting immense stresses on your lagging tendons in every area. As you age tendons become stiffer and drier - then the inevitable is going to happen. Another guy I know on here who competes in bench only says he always uses BPC and TB whilst on any cycle he runs and always feels much better for it - allows him to squat without pain also otherwise he wouldn't be able to do the exercise.
