Starting this cycle at weight: 250 lbs and height: 5’11. My goal this cycle is to put on quite a bit of tissue while maintaining a very lean look. Im looking for vascularity and a very full and round look to the muscle. I really need to back some tissue onto legs,l and triceps and add some width to my back. I am starting this in about a month or so and i will log this entire cycle. Ill be sure to keep up the log this time. Im excited for this one.
PED Protocol:
Monday: 300mg test e, 300mg tren e, 300mg primo e.
Thursday: 300mg test e, 300mg tren e, 300mg primo e.
Anavar: 25mg first thing in morning (1 hour preworkout) and 25mg after i get off work (roughly 12 hours later).
Hgh: 4iu first thing in morning (1 hour preworkout).
Diet:
Protein: 375g (1.5g per lb of bodyweight)
Carbs: 500g (2g per lb of bodyweight)
Fats: 65g (0.25g per lb of bodyweight)
Calories: Roughly 4100
Split into 6 meals.

Nearing the end. 264.6 and feeling full all the time. Muslce has a very hard feel to it. What i expected from primo and wasnt disapointed
Sitting at 259.8 lbs. and getting vascular and pumps are insane
Up about 6 lbs and looking harder. Start the anavar on monday. So waiting for some vascularity!
Is there any particular reason why you run the Primo mate - is it for strength or aesthetics reasons?
Honestly ive just never ran a serious cycle of it. And have heard the legends of the fullness it provides
You're about a week four of this cycle, if I'm right mate, how is this going? I'm keeping an eye on this since the original post. The quantity of stuff you run would kill me four times, yet I'm still very interested in your results!
Just under 3 weeks tosay started 19 days ago. First time seriously running primo im not sure on the saturation time ofnit. Also tren e ahould start hitting soon and then the var in few weeks
Primo will be fully "kicked in" at the 4-week mark.

Just out of curiosity, after the huge injury you had with the pec and shoulder and the resulting surgery/rehab what have you managed to get your bench back up to? You don't have to answer if you don't want to, I just wondered what is possible and what isn't.
Im fully transparent theres no question i wont answer. No shame lmao. The honest answer is i have heavy flat benched maybe two times since my injuries in 2018. With the last time being in january of this year. I worked up to 520 for 3. Not the smartest choice but i had to know if i still had it for my own mental well being. But it did not feel right at all. The strength is there and the weight moved easily i short paused each rep but mechanically it did not feel right and took weeks for it to recover so in my opinion it serves no purpose for me now because one bench workout isn't worth my entire upper body’s workouts suffering for weeks after. My chest day is just tied into my shoulder day now and is completely machines light weight and low reps. Even high reps causes extreme discomfort. Im considering seeing if they can work on my pec again.
Bloody hell bud thats still awesome then!!! Christ it hasn't really affected you then - I can imagine though every rep you are shitting yourself on the way back up and in the stretch as I do now. I know with my shoulder and chest in the back of my mind I'm thinking please don't go again, please don't go again Lmao

When I did mine as I was lowering the bar back down to the safety rails as I didn't get the lift, even though I was wearing a hoody I could hear it tear like a zip as it snapped through the fibres, haunting stuff. Are you watching the North American Pro coming up? I know someone competing in the Masters section that he's excited about.
Meant to add also - Do you get a lot from Anavar as well strength wise? Keep seeing monsters like you and @thahulk2014 using it
