Just curious about adding TNE here possibly. I just got some from a different source and it's freakin' amazing PWO! I went on recommendations from others and used it 1.5 -2 hours PWO and HOLY FUCK haha. During the workouts strength jumps very noticably, pumps like crazy, focus and energy are crazy!! 50mg the first time and 75mg the next two (actually I'm the middle of the 3rd workout with it right now but it's so badass I wanted to comment and ask about adding it. Like the first day was a heavy chest day. I did heavy ass bench and incline... Then was doing weighted dips with a 45 AND a 25 for sets of 15 with like 30-45 seconds in the between each set!

Very! I work in a factory here in Florida. Big metal building, basically an oven. Last year we had a few days it reached 116 degrees for a few hours. After a day in that plus a hour commute it takes all I have some days. But I do it!

Man I live in a southern state that’s humid af! I’m usually mad, over it, and leaving any outdoor event within an hour. There are rare occasions where after the sun goes down it’s actually bearable. When it’s 100 degrees I have a hard time just sitting outside sweating my balls off. However, it definitely helps with staying cut and not holding water lol
Hot or cold, the work dont stop. Just pound more water and salt and get it done.
