Don’t rush it, but when you get to 4 mg it’s a game changer. I was 265, 33% bf; 255 about 2 months later; I got up to 4mg and I went from 255 to 235 in another 2 months it was nuts;
I was on no test and no working out; which I don’t recommend bc I lost at least 10 lb in my back and legs; have since built it back but I would have wished someone told me that I could lose that much muscle; keep ur protein up; trt if you got it helps but also train while dropping weight.
I also titrated too fast, so I had some sides. Keep your current dose until it stops working.
I plateaued at 222 for a month upped my dose to 12 but it didn’t help so I dropped back to 4; then upped my calories and lost to 212;
Now I upped my dose to 6mg up to my calories to 2900 which is 250 surplus; added test 200 mg, 2iu and added clen at 80-120 last week; I’m 217 this morning; trying to recomp and lose fat to 200.
It feels like I’m stuck again because I’m waving between 211 and 219, but it does seem like I’m losing fat…
I have 0 sides on clen btw.
3-4 mg per week,, two shots, very good quality and will order again( lost 45 lbs in about 6 months)
Everyone seems to like this Reta, so that’s good. Good you had good results. I’m not gonna go over 2mgs.

PP Reta is g2g irate up slowly I suggest run 1mg for atleast 2 weeks before titrating up and id go 0.5mg up each time you do its pretty powerful stuff and the sides can be unpleasant if you go up too fast
Yeah, that’s pretty much what I’m thinking. I took one mg Sunday night. I think I’ll do that for three weeks then up it to 1.5mgs. I am on my forth week of running clen as well. So, I don’t think it will take much.
Slow and steady for sure I ran .5mg for a month then 1mg for 6 weeks I didn’t go over 3mg until 9 months
PP Reta is really good stuff. I switched from a US supplier with 99% purity testing that helped me drop 40 lbs last summer. Effects when switching to PP were exactly the same. Appetite suppression, but could still get my meals in. HR increase. Lipid improvements.
I usually do 1mg for 4 weeks. Then 2mg for 4+ weeks (until appetite suppression goes non existent really). Then last week I just upped to 4mg (split 2mg twice/week). Last summer I never went past 4mg, and I’m not sure if I will this cut or not.
I’m glad you got great results from it. That’s good to hear. I won’t be going that high. I don’t have a bunch of weight to lose honestly. Gonna go slow and ride it out for a couple of months.
