Hello is it normal not to receive a confirmation email after purchase?

I just wanted to throw out this in reference to all the bad stuff people have been posting lately.
Quad was the first source I ever bought from on here (few years back) — I’ve had multiple blood tests done and I know his stuff is legit. There are 2 or three other sources I’ve bought from — but I really do feel confident that his stuff is at least on par with the pharmaceutical stuff you’d pick up from your pharmacy.
He always answers emails - crazy fast — especially if he really is the only guy answering. Always very friendly and helpful if they’re are any questions. I’ve always ordered and after ordering get it confirmed by him- to which he always answers emails very quickly.
I bought from him a few months then I noticed all this stuff people are posting- emailed him about it- he assured me that these people didn’t follow directions or follow up with him (either that or they must be out right lying).
So I placed a new order on a Saturday night- by Monday he confirmed it was sent out with a tracking and four days later I received it. Under 1 week. I don’t ever remember what waiting more than around 2 weeks and that might have been back in the day with a money order payment. I doubt he’d take even a month to get it to you- but life happens sometimes and if it did— I’m sure it would still get to you anyways and he would be able to verify that with you, if you can verify your information (payment/order/address etc) with him.
There really is absolutely no reason why anyone should be ven hesitate if they are looking for a safe, reliable source that’s run by a top notch guy who always gets back to you. The fact that those people put those reviews is ridiculous and I’m not sure why hat they’re reasoning is but I hope by writing this. And everyone else who has chimed in- it will squash any hesitation people may be having.
If they’re was some reason why a few newer people maybe skipped a step or two or left out some information/forgot to verify— that’s expected but they jumped the gun way to soon and caused a ruckus here for no good reason. Quad has said he provided tracking to all those who did actually place orders , now that it was able to be sorted out, and I really do hope they get back on here and rectify it.

I've been a member here for a long time. Usually order from the same handful of trusted sources. Placed an order with Quad for the 1st time, recently, and quickly felt regret for taking this long to try him out. It started with the check out process. I forgot the password I entered when I created my account way way back (and never ordered). The password reset link wasn't sending me a link, so I sent Quad an email (after meticulously ensuring I had the right address, found here in his thread). Got a response within like, an hour. The way he responded and his sense of humor made me feel right at home out the gate. I placed an order and sent confirmation exactly how he describes through his ordering process notes and on this thread. Order was confirmed pretty instantaneously. I received tracking within about a day and look forward to receiving my order three days from shipping. Prompt service is second next to product quality, for me. What makes Quad unique is how he injects his personality into the communication. First time a source made me laugh and I enjoyed the few messages we exchanged. Typing this, I have to double check if I'm on a dating site because wtf..damnit Quad.. I guess I'm gay now. Anyhow lol Its obvious to me , if you follow the instructions and double check all info before committing - you're more than good! And, gay. He turns you gay. Go figure shrugs

Not sure what the complaints are about. I reached out to quad to order, had tracking in 2 days and product arrived as expected. Hes a man of his word in my experience everytime I order!

I used him maybe 3 or 4 months ago and all was good. No issues. I think shipping was a little long but I am patient so it didn’t bother me

Quad 100% legit. I had a question so I reached out, got an answer the same day and got my order tracking the next day. Solid source.

Quad is too notch, always comes through, great communication. Fast shipping. If anyone has any problems with anything shoot him a msg and he'll fix it promptly I appreciate quad and his team. Been in biz for a long time and it shows

Made an order a month ago . Took a little longer than usual but I received it . I hope when y’all get your orders u have big enough nuts to come back and say you received it. Let’s see …..

Lol. Pretty entertaining watching people throwing a bitch fit in the review section. I'm a no body so my opinion doesn't mean shit. But I've never had an issue. I've had items take longer to receive about +3 weeks but always received them. Wondering if people are just to retarded to send an email and follow up to make sure things are moving along. He's had communication errors so sometimes it takes reaching out through different lines of communication.

I have had at least 20-25 orders thru Quad and never had one issue. I received all my orders with in 5 -7 days . This is the very first order that slipped thru the cracks. What I didn’t do is leave a bad review or lash out. These guys are very busy on a normal day. I can’t imagine all the catch up they are dealing with Quad is a straight shooter. You guys complaining happened to order during a time when communications have broke down. I emailed Quad at the email he has posted. He apologized and said he will ship ASAP. This is not typical, have some patience, reach via email or PM. He will make it right it’s just gonna be a little longer than normal. I hope this helps.

bros I had same prob but I did finally make contact on backup email m he sent my package right over I think site is glitchy and reg email doesn't communicate well with proton etc try [email protected]

No updates, no replies, no confirmation.
Was a long time customer but concerned I’ve been swindled this time.
