For the first time in 2 years I’m unmotivated it’s been a week since I trained.
Discipline trumps motivation every time. When you don’t feel motivated is when you really need to do it anyway. It will drive the motivation right back to you. Not doing it will drive the motivation further away. It sure feels better when you go kill that gym session, even when you really did not feel up to it than it does when you let yourself slack and then feel like you let yourself down. Keep killling it bro.

Never, not one fucking time, did i regret going to the gym on a day where I really didn't fuckin want to. As soon as the sweat starts and the pump comes I can't even fathom why i was even thinking about skipping. But every time I let the little bitch inside me win that argument I regretted it, and felt even worse than I already did because I skipped. Gotta get it in brother, especially on the days we don't want to.
Some of my best workouts happened on the days I almost didn't do it.

Keep at it man, I was jack hammering in a ditch all day yesterday and forced myself to go hit legs. Had to reward my self with a nice 5k cals... to replenish my glycogen... Jokes aside be strict but don't beat yourself up sometimes we all just need a little reset.
