Taken 1 hour prior to laying down. I did notice a calming effect. It’s not a sedative of course, but it was much easier to just turn my brain off. As far as sleep quality goes I haven’t woke up that refreshed in I can’t remember how long. I will continue playing around with it, there of course could be some placebo effect in play. I generally do not respond to oral melatonin, and I have taken upwards of 50 mg at a time with minimal effects on getting my brain to just turn off and go to sleep. As of right now I recommend.

I refreshed the page as soon as the telegram post and it showed 148 in stock. I refreshed again after my order and it was already down to like 37, then refreshed again and OOS. It was literally gone that quickly.
As soon as I got the telegram message I went to the website and had 160 available. I checked out mine and I was refreshing for the next 3-4 minutes and the stock was going down pretty quick but the stock showed up on their website

Pro tip put them in your cart beforehand. They stay in there when you log in to your USRoids account but say they’re out of stock. Second he announced on telegram I signed in to my account and just clicked checkout. 15 seconds total from his announcement to my order placed
