If you recall, in the early 2000s there was a major discovery regarding IGF-1 LR3 and Des, both marketed as "super IGF-1." It turned out that LR3—when dosed in milligrams and compared to human-grade IGF-1—primarily caused abdominal growth due to its long half-life, rendering it completely useless. Des, on the other hand, acts too quickly; at best, it only aids in muscle definition. The real winner was human-grade IGF-1, but its production was discontinued. Now, all those Chinese raw material factories churn out nothing but LR3. It’s absurd, but that’s the reality: sheer marketing incompetence.

Taken 1 hour prior to laying down. I did notice a calming effect. It’s not a sedative of course, but it was much easier to just turn my brain off. As far as sleep quality goes I haven’t woke up that refreshed in I can’t remember how long. I will continue playing around with it, there of course could be some placebo effect in play. I generally do not respond to oral melatonin, and I have taken upwards of 50 mg at a time with minimal effects on getting my brain to just turn off and go to sleep. As of right now I recommend.
