Yeah that’s basically what I’ve heard and read. Im not super confident about taking it. if you scroll down I did a second vile. I took my time and literally let it drip down the side. So gentle the cake remained virtually unchanged. Then I put it sideways and just rotated it about 45 degrees back and forth by just twisting my fingertips. You couldn’t be more gentle. But the result was the same. I know it’s all at own risk. And I’m not expecting them to take on the fault. But with that said, I did choose kits4less because they have great prices on stuff but they also seem to have a lot of community support and I’ve read many comments where they say they are great at working with people if you have any issues. They even guarantee delivery as long as it’s not delivered due to a mistake you made. So I’m still optimistic that they will help me out. Also, the rep here told me to email them and their customer service overall has been top tier so far. Not just for this type of store but generally speaking it has been good customer service even compared to like Amazon or something. So I’m fairly hopeful they will help me out. Only time will tell though.
yeah this place seems like a good place, they have gained alot of trust fast and people like their stuff. but dont blame the source. most times it gets ruined during sh!pping. nothing they or we can do about it.
I don’t think it was ruined in shipping. If you look at page 3 of this thread homeboy got 12 boxes. Same exact thing. So I’d assume something went wrong prior to that.

I did the second vile just to see what was up. I had to know. It did the same thing. I was insanely gentle. I let the bac water literally drip down the side wall. I rolled it back and forth in my fingertips. Didn’t even swirl because I was afraid it would disrupt it too much. I also read maybe if the bac water and vile were at room temp it will work better but nothing changed. It literally is exactly the same. I guess I’ll just hope for the best…. Not the first time experience I was hoping for lol. Just sayin.

That was an old description that needs to be updated. The top colors have varied a lot recently, that's why I asked about the color. No worries there.
Not sure if you saw this because the way comments work here. But my tops are gray. Is this correct? Or are you just trying to diagnose the issue? I’m still waiting to get an email back also. So I’m just kind of relying on eroids for info right now.
Yes, grey is correct for one of the recent batches so no need to worry there.
Okay… when I looked at it today hoping it had dissolved more (it hasn’t) there is like a milky sediment cloud that has settled at the bottom. It’s not super thick but when I rotate the bottle 45 degrees you can see the cloudiness like whisping through the bac water. Not sure if that helps. Just trying to be as informative as possible.

Everything I have used has been clear. There has been some cloudy stuff here and there going around but to me that looks like something totally different than just a tiny bit cloudy. I wouldn’t inject personally

It seems informed delivery has been acting up, at least for tracking numbers through our label provider. If you look on SST a lot of people said they never saw it move on informed delivery and then it just showed up at some point. In either case, feel free to send us an email if it's been more than 7 business days and we can look up where your package is. Our Memorial Day sale set us back a couple days. We're caught up now but orders from that week will take an extra day or two longer than usual on average. We'll make sure you get your order no matter what, don't worry brother.

Mine finally updated. They had emailed me 8 days ago saying my package was shipped.. it just made it to shipping facility yesterday lol… it is what it is at least it’s on the way now --

Informed delivery is not 100%. I had one order out of three show up there, the other two came anyway.
I just received a order that never showed up on informed delivery kinda weird but it showed up after 12 days.
