If its truely bad they'll help you out. Sit tight. They are very reliable when it comes to getting bad products and fixing it so long as you have adequate proof. They're definitely super busy over the last few months they've been slow to reply and ship I would imagine its because of the influx of orders.

Yeah I am waiting to hear back. They seem willing to help me out. I’m just lucky I didn’t buy 12 boxes like my guy on page 3. But I assume they are waiting to respond since their stock is sold out. So they can’t really do anything until it’s restocked I assume. But they seem like a good company and they are talking to me. I’m pretty confident they’ll replace it. I’m definitely happy with them so far and everything is looking positive so I’m not too worried. These things happen. The world isn’t a perfect place. It is what it is. Everything else looks and seems to be great quality. There was no crystals in the genero test, the tren looks toxic as ever but I have long hair and I’m apprehensive to even take it still, anavar looks like pills so that’s that, the Reta for a family member reconstituted very nicely, and they even threw in a vile of hcg. I was looking forward to taking the gh. But from what I understand you see the benefits after a while not day 1. So I might as well just be patient since the process requires it regardless.

Yeah that’s basically what I’ve heard and read. Im not super confident about taking it. if you scroll down I did a second vile. I took my time and literally let it drip down the side. So gentle the cake remained virtually unchanged. Then I put it sideways and just rotated it about 45 degrees back and forth by just twisting my fingertips. You couldn’t be more gentle. But the result was the same. I know it’s all at own risk. And I’m not expecting them to take on the fault. But with that said, I did choose kits4less because they have great prices on stuff but they also seem to have a lot of community support and I’ve read many comments where they say they are great at working with people if you have any issues. They even guarantee delivery as long as it’s not delivered due to a mistake you made. So I’m still optimistic that they will help me out. Also, the rep here told me to email them and their customer service overall has been top tier so far. Not just for this type of store but generally speaking it has been good customer service even compared to like Amazon or something. So I’m fairly hopeful they will help me out. Only time will tell though.

I did the second vile just to see what was up. I had to know. It did the same thing. I was insanely gentle. I let the bac water literally drip down the side wall. I rolled it back and forth in my fingertips. Didn’t even swirl because I was afraid it would disrupt it too much. I also read maybe if the bac water and vile were at room temp it will work better but nothing changed. It literally is exactly the same. I guess I’ll just hope for the best…. Not the first time experience I was hoping for lol. Just sayin.

I sent a message through your “Contact us” feature on the site. I’m just waiting for a response. I told them I could supply the picture I posted here if they need me to. Asked them what my options are. I’m just waiting. You guys are pretty good about getting back to me so far so I’m just being patient.
