Department of homeland security letters
So twice now i have gotten letters from the department of homeland security, both a standard letter and a certified letter so 4 in total on two seperate events titled notice of seizure and information to claimants non-cafra form stating that they have seized a quantity of controlled substances, in this case it was 252g test e, 66g oxymethelone, 71.9g methandienone, and 69.5g exemestane. And giving me the option to petition for its return, offer a comprimise, abandon the claim, or file and claim and request judicial predeedings. Any of these options require i post a cash bond equal to $5,000 or 10% of the assessed value of the seized assets, last time it was something like $48k, this time it is $19,879.71, which is more than my net worth, i have not ordered anything from any supplier in over a year. At first i thought this was a scam but now i am kind of worried, it says the seized shipment is to me listed on a publicly available website forfeiture.gov but neither shipment has been listed. This is also causing suspicion to be aimed towards me by my mother to gets my mail, my only real saving grace is the insane quantities listed. Has anyone else seen anything like this, it should he obvious but i am abandoning the claim, getting myself arrested or having to drive back from chicago with a stupid amount of controlled substances that i cannot use or sell, several lifetimes worth, or the mortgage i would have to pull to finance that bond is just idiotic.

Sounds like somebody, likely associated with one of your old sources, is trying to pull an extremely sloppy scam on you. Ignore. Change sources.

3 is there anything in your life you’re doing that you shouldn’t be doing? More often than not they hem up people they want on other charges because you’re being to careful about letting them build a case on what they really want you for.

Ok yea, something isn’t right I looked at the comments. Replying is how they will get you. Just stay domestic. They want the raw boys or the crazy quantity guys, they aren’t after small orders unless you full on admit to it in the response. If you’re saying this isn’t what you ordered, then you aren’t even lying, that’s just the truth. It’s either a scam or a source really fucked up an addy and sent you a ridiculously large quantity by mistake. This is pretty fucking unusual. But, you’re good. Don’t worry. Like I said before I read everything, if they had you on something it wouldn’t just be a letter
Multiple things dont quite add up i spent half a decade at the post office, i know their style and this isnt it, among many other things, i could possibly rationalize it given the shitshow we have seen out of the government this administration, which is ironic considering the amount of funding they have, this isnt anything from any of the raw suppliers i know, the contact info doesnt quite match, nether do the quantities, or the route, and as i said i havent ordered any compounts through any source, i confirmed with all of the ones that i know that nothing had been shipped and gave them a heads up on this a while back.

I’ve never seen a homeland seizure letter before, I don’t think this really makes sense, if HL actually got involved I think it would’ve been more than a letter. Something ain’t right.

That is the plan, if this were a legitimate bust the postal inspection service would get involved, who are the only ones permitted to open your mail and have more power than the police, also the only group permitted to carry firearms on postal property, and when they bust someone they wait for them to recieve and open a parcel then show up immediately and arrest the person, if it is a mail carrier they show up at the office and arrest them at their case and walk them out in handcuffs, larger post offices have rooms only they have access to with one way glass overlooking the carriers so they can observe them in their investigation
My bro you need to brush up on some of your laws. Pretty much any alphabet agency is getting into your mail, and if there’s any pushback or concern, it’s very easy to get a warrant. Your assumption of the law that postal agency workers are the only people allowed to be armed on post office property is wildly wrong. Look, the entire thing is either a mix up or a scam, but as I said above, step back and take a good look at EVERYTHING in your life at the moment, relationships included. I’ve gotten three of those letters, one was for blood pressure meds and antibiotics, zero PEDs or narcotics. It was literally amlodipine, lisinopril, and an antibiotic for my mother in law. They will stop anything that doesn’t have a prescription. I’m also pretty sure the Feds know who each and every one of us are, and in the grand scheme of things we’re nobody. Most of us at least.

Sounds like if it did make it thru, you were about to receive someone else's order and them yours. But first offense they will be easy. Just keep at least $5000 in cash ready for bail and leave your doors unlocked if you dont want them destroy your door jambs at 5am and cost you thousands. They will try the door first, better they can walk in and not use the ram. Every box of rice, cereal and flour getting poured out all over the kitchen floor. They will slice all your couches and mattresses open and break your toilet and sink. Make a hotel reservation tonight also for your mom. They will visit you as soon as they get the property map from the town so they know safe breaching points.

I do frequently vary names and addresses slightly so when my information is sold or leaked i can identify the source of the leak, something i started doing back in the early 2000’s

But use the name of someone missing from family or long lost friend. I do not to this day know anyone who had their house kicked in post a seizure letter. Still… the name of a long lost family member or friend is a nice touch if you do get a visit. Seizure letters are good in that most every source will re ship to a new address upon a real seizure letter… except AU and sone even there. JYNX upon myself here, but never gotten one personally. Certainly known people who have. As for second address, post office box. Get a 24-hour self service, no one but no one is staking out a parcel shop for johnnys summer pump cycle.
Never seen the HSI seizure notice before, I have received US Customs seizure notice before, said pretty much the same thing, I submitted a copy/proof to my src and he sent another shipment, which I received. After that, I started domestic shopping. I chunked the letter and never replied,

I plan on avoiding international orders as best as i can due to a seperate issue we found the last time i sourced, i posted about it when it happened but effectively their shipping partner whi recieved the international orders and repackaged them for the final domestic leg of the process was stealing the product, they would steal the order and print out a counterfeit label was a fake address going to a random house in the same town but the correct barcode and slap it on a small package full of gravel, the tracking would continue to update as normal but once it hit the local post office it would get delivered to a random address, so the addressee doesnt notice anything is wrong until delivery occurs.

Honestly id just ignore and do your best to not use your name/addy again. You may be flagged. Just to be safe. Whats worth your freedom? This administration is cracking down on counterfeit pharmaceuticals. I doubt youre in danger of being prosecuted, but... to be safe, take precautions. Dont order to the same address again, and you probably want to avoid using your name if you want to be extra careful.
I have no idea what they were im guessing raws based on quantity but then they could be doing that shit they pulled with the war in drugs and counting the entire thing packaging and all as an active component, i havent ordered anything in over a year, and that doesnt even match the composition of orders i may have made in the past, my intent is to ignore it.

Its beautiful to listen to their first albums... theyre so... atheist/anti god/ anti spirituality. By lateralus/10000 days, it got very spiritual, and by fear innoculum, you hear the progression from atheists to... very spiritual dudes.
I agree 100% the more you listen the better it gets, back in the day i always said i only liked sober, from undertow and yeah it was not a spiritual album at all lol. It wasn't until I got into psychedelics and their music completely transformed into something i never seen coming, it was wild. I went on a huge TOOL rip, where I was listening to all there music, the full albums every single day.
If I had to rank my favorite albums from best to worst. It is so hard to do they are all so good in their own right.

ive only deep dived into APC the past few years. I saw them live once, the acoustics were shit so I didnt have the best experience. I never really gave them the chance I should have. Always loved their singles (judith/outsider), I just never really gave em a chance till a few years ago. It gave me a nice boost, realizing I had all this new "TOOL" to listen to. Ive heard them called "Tool light." Same thing with Puscifer... I love "Potions" but I never gave the rest of their albums a chance. Im just now hearing more songs that I really like.

I wasnt feeling it back in the day. When I got it, I got it. 10000 days came out. I was hooked.
