Bloods done prior to hgh to know real natty levels. Then adjust by science to needed levels. Hgh isn't a miracle at all til needed. Like you won't see or feel any difference til needed. Igf1 test prior. On hgh...pin normal dose and 3hrs later igf1 for peak. Will tell you if hgh is real and dosed right.

Baseline IGF-1 before GH, then re-test after introducing it takes a lot of the guesswork out of the equation.

Thanks, bro. I've already looked into this. The problem is that I've been sick a lot and I have trouble sleeping. I'm sure growth hormone will help me sleep well, and I know that 2 units is a therapeutic dose. Bro, I really want to sleep well. The last six months have been a nightmare for me.
