Beligas Test Cyp 200mg Bloodwork Review

Just wanted to share my latest bloodwork from Superpower while running Beligas Testosterone Cypionate 200 (Batch: C954002). Bloods were pulled on 05/21/2026 after approximately 8 weeks on TRT. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and wanted to contribute some real-world data for the community. Side note: These results are kind of bonkers for only 180mg.

Current Protocol:
Beligas Test Cypionate: 180mg/week (split M/W/F)
Tesamorelin: 2mg daily
GHK-Cu: 2mg daily
Retatrutide: 2mg every Thursday

Need Slight Improvement:
ApoB: 95
LDL: 115
HDL: 34

Liver markers, kidney function, blood glucose, and hematology all came back looking solid. Lipids still have room for improvement, but compared to previous testing they continue moving in the right direction while staying on TRT and maintaining a strict diet.

If you have any advice, feedback, or any help whatsoever to optimize my blood work even more, please feel free to share. I am new to this world and any advice will definitely help. Whether it's adding in a supplement, lowering dose, adjusting injection frequency, I am open to any advice.

Here is the updated E2 levels on a ultrasensitive test. Putting my Total T to Estrogen ratio at 23.75:1, no side effects at this ratio so I will not be incorporating an AI, especially at such a low dose, just throwing in DIM 300mg and Calcium D-Glucarate 500mg, then I'll be retesting in 6 weeks and managing estrogen further.
