May 28th, 2025.

Laying in a hospital bed after an alcohol induced seizure shattered my back from T2 through T9. Severe alcoholism had completely taken over my life. I was broken physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. There were moments I truly didn’t know if I’d ever become myself again.

Fast forward one year.

No alcohol.
Weight lost.
Muscle gained.
Mindset rebuilt.
Building financial freedom.
Building discipline.
Building purpose.
Building a life I almost lost.

But none of this happened alone.

My wife, Paige Irvine, stood beside me through the absolute worst moments of my life and never stopped believing in me, even when I struggled to believe in myself. I’ll never be able to fully explain how much that support meant.

Big thanks to my friends Shane Babcock and David Robinson, along with the friends and family near and far who checked in, pushed me, supported me, and reminded me not to quit. You all mattered more than you probably realize.

The biggest transformation wasn’t physical. It was learning how to rebuild the man underneath all the damage.

One year later and I’m still healing, still grinding, still rebuilding. But I’m stronger mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually than I’ve been in a very long time.

If you’re struggling right now, don’t give up on yourself. One year of discipline, pain, consistency, and support can completely change your life.
