i don’t know what i’m doing

I’m currently a young adult at 6 foot 152 pounds. i started lifting 8 months ago at 118. i go 6 days a week and lift for around 1:30-3 hours dependinf on the day. i really want to hop on something but im not sure what. i saw with steroids you need pct and im just not intrested in doing all that. im leaning toward peptides but im just not sure on it. do i need pct for peptides? and which ones would i take if i want to start getting lean while still putting on muscle. i know if i stop taking it i wont loose my gains so thats why im thinking on peptides.

dont go to crazy down the peptide rabbithole, all these things are very new and unknown. some swear by them others dont. if your thinking peptides i would say dont even bother u less you want to do alpt of injections. hgh is better and safer than peptides. but a great alternative to peptides would be mk677, some people get bad sides from it but i tend to notice they are dehydrated and on high sodium diets. if you eat and hydrate properly mk usually works well, it provides about the same effects as 1-3iu hgh but doing it naturally in the body at around 25mg daily for most. and helps increase appetite and helps sleep. but just know that over time it can increase prolactin but not in every case. but like other said depending on how young you are you might just want to try creatine and stuff for a lil while before jumping onto anything. i personally tried crea but i just cant take it, it destroys my stomach no matter the brand/type. if you are exploring the mk option, dont jump straight onto 25mg, work your way up because ghrelin activation can sometimes shock the body sonetimes. any questions feel free to message me. but no matter how many years they have here or how smart someone sounds, do your own research on anything they tell you. none of us are doctors and can only provide our experiences or things we learned and cannot provide true medical advice and some think everything they say is right when they are prpviding false info. always be safe about things.

about roids, If you are too young, don’t jump into it without thinking about your future and the possibility of becoming dependent on it. That’s something you should always keep in mind.

And even if you eventually decide to use something, the longer you train naturally, the better. In the future, when you do start using, you’ll probably get better results with less gear because you built a stronger base first.

As for peptides, compounds like Melanotan 2, low dose of reta, or IPA with CJC no DAC seem to be milder options compared to steroids, but you should still do proper research and be careful.

Stay in the gym, enjoy your life, and go find a lady (or a ladyboy)

Creatine,vitamins, and calories. Save the NOS for closer to the end of the race. Havnt u ever seen fast and furious?

At your age it sounds like your making excellent progress without any extra compounds. Maybe run some Melanotan1 for a good tan for the summer and go get some bitches. Keep on your current route.
