Bro I feel ya on the wait. I got labs pulled on 5/15. All of the results came in except for E2. It's always the last result to come in but this is by far the longest I have ever waited
Everyone responds differently. The 100 igf per 1IU “standard” is total bro science bullshit. On a deep cut I’ve pulled <200 on 10IU. Then on a bulk pulled 450 on 5IU of the same brand. Countless factors impacting the lab igf score. The GH is still doing its thing though

Thanks bro! Yeah I’ve been at 672 before on 8iu but can’t remember if it was keys HGH or not. But this time around it’s much lower on the same iu. But I know other factors can change it like you said
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone pull a bad igf score on keys GH under normal conditions. There’s some ancillaries (like metformin and Nolvadex), fluctuating E2 levels, elevated liver enzymes from orals, etc that all cause your bloodwork igf to be skewed. Hell if your fasted insulin levels on bloodwork start creeping up, which absolutely can happen over time on GH use, it’ll have an inverse effect on your pulled igf score. Elevated hs-crp can impact it too.

I run my E2 high deliberately because I do not get side effects from it. Estrogen is heavily anabolic—it upregulates androgen receptors, increases glycogen storage, and directly boosts GH/IGF-1 output. If you aren't getting gyno or blood pressure issues, crushing your E2 is just leaving gains on the table in my opinion.

It is. You aren’t worried about gains when cutting/getting shredded. You’re going for a look and manipulation of e2 helps with that. You won’t lose muscle because your e2 is below a certain threshold.

I like to run my e2 higher when bulking and lower when cutting. If you’re cutting for summer, yea I’d get it down. I have found I have a pretty big range of e2 where I feel “fine” but the look is drastically different. Roughly 15-80 is my range between cutting and bulking
