I have had at least 20-25 orders thru Quad and never had one issue. I received all my orders with in 5 -7 days . This is the very first order that slipped thru the cracks. What I didn’t do is leave a bad review or lash out. These guys are very busy on a normal day. I can’t imagine all the catch up they are dealing with Quad is a straight shooter. You guys complaining happened to order during a time when communications have broke down. I emailed Quad at the email he has posted. He apologized and said he will ship ASAP. This is not typical, have some patience, reach via email or PM. He will make it right it’s just gonna be a little longer than normal. I hope this helps.
Always have great experiences with quad always got my gear in a week or less and if it’s out of stock he always makes it right, always been an honest up front scr used him for over ten years.

bros I had same prob but I did finally make contact on backup email m he sent my package right over I think site is glitchy and reg email doesn't communicate well with proton etc try [email protected]

pack landed after a couple days no issues good comms. he did run out of an item but sent what he had, left note in the pack and is making me whole on the rest asap. plus gave me some extra goodies on an item i also ordered. good biz as always. thanks quad appreciate you . not sure about the comment below mine, iv literally never had a single issue with receiving order within a week or items working as intended..
No updates after 10 days, I've used mtek numerous times and have always had great quality products. Just always takes weeks and sometimes months to receive.
Just wanted to say placed first order with quad the other day, communication was on point, he guided me threw the process and what to do and expect. I'll give a review once I receive my stuff but just wanted to let everyone know quad made the order process smooth and answered my questions. Anyone that's wondering about ordering just be patient as with anything.
