I’d opt for anadrol as others have said but your mileage may vary greatly than others with different compounds. I’d keep some adex or aromasin on hand and take at the first spidey sense of spicey nipples. I’m a very high aromatizer, just looking at 300mg of test and 30mg of dbol on paper makes me lactate
My liver enzymes are chronicly high, so my gastro doctor did a bunch of other blood tests like ggt, cpk and some other stuff and determined your ast, alt will get elevated from training, especially if you train hard . I even got a ultrasound a few times over the past 5 years and for my age I have minimal scaring and barely any fat on my liver. It pretty much looks perfect which surprisingly because I've been taking anabolic since 2004
