This rumour that NPP only masks joint pain and does nothing to help them is utter BOLLOCKS, so after that Bro science is forgotten you will actually find that NPP greatly helps collagen turnover in tendons - tendons/ligaments are the main reason you are experiencing joint pain most likely. As you age collagen deposits within the tendon diminish and so in turn does blood flow via blood vessels and the number of small veins decline too. Using 500mg of Vitamin C and Collagen peptides (15 to 30g Daily) along with the NPP will greatly help your tendon health/elasticity and strength meaning your joint pain will probably disappear or greatly reduce. You will also have to do some tendon rehab exercises once per week alongside taking these things such as a rotator cuff strengthening program. When you say joints - are you referring to shoulders/triceps/elbows or knee's/hips? I personally recommend you use 300mg per week of NPP to help tendons and in turn it will help you build some good muscle and strength too. Some do get great relief from just 100mg Deca per week BUT you will be waiting at least 5 weeks for that level to build up to an effective level in the blood, the dose you will need will also relate to how bad your tendons and ligaments are too.

Its also worth noting that another compound that helps with collagen turnover and joints in general is E.Q but many find it difficult to run because of potential anxiety issues/headaches etc and the muscle building properties aren't quite on par with NPP.

This is the THING pal - when many feel they have got a rotator cuff tear, tricep injury or wrist etc the first thing they think to do nowadays is rush to get on those 2 peptides. Yes they initiate tendon fibroblasts and get the ball rolling, also gradually increasing blood flow to the affected areas BUT if you are not supplying the body with the RAW materials it needs to repair tendons in the first place then much of the rebuild cannot take place and at a much slower rate. Its like taking a load of creatine but forgetting to take the protein if you will. Collagen Peptides and Whey protein powder are each made up of Amino acids for sure - but the make up and amounts of each differ VASTLY in each product. The elastic part of the Tendon (or triple helix) needs lots of Glycine, Proline and Hydroxyproline to rebuild itself - Like a muscle fibre needs all 9 Essential amino acids to build properly. Whey and normal food diets simply do not contain big amounts of these 3, let alone Hydroxyproline which is non existent. Then you need surplus amounts of Vitamin C which acts as an essential cofactor in building tendon fibres and giving them its strength (yes I do know this from a LOT of reading regarding my RTC LOL Not AI printed shit LMAO).

Don't forget either, drinking Collagen peptides will help all other tendons and to some degree muscle fibres in your body also not just the injured area - hell they even help your nails, skin, hair and so on. Also you can allow for Collagen Peptides protein content to allow for 30% of your Daily protein intake total - don't think about them being ground down cows ligaments and arseholes just think of it essentially being tendon powder.

They actually taste unbelievably good I find if you add them to Apple concentrate and water totalling 400ml, then add 30g Dextrose powder and two scoops collagen 30g powder. Its a really thirst quenching and tasty drink that is literally going to save and strengthen your Tendons everyday - if your tendons are weak it doesn't matter how strong your muscle is as you simply cannot transfer the force effectively to the bar and ultimately they may tear in time.

The Best way to incorporate this drink is to time it alongside your training of an RTC/joint strengthening protocol. It relies heavily on increased blood flow to your tendons and ligaments - So being that Collagen Peptides take 30 minutes to digest and get into your bloodstream then drink it 30 minutes before you are due to train. Then when you lift the blood will carry the aminos into your tendons. Its proven in studies to be WAY more effective this way buddy!! Still works drinking it normally too just make sure you do some movements 30 mins later to increase circulation to the affected area Smile

It can help mask issues by lubricating joints, but it does not fix or repair the problems. So it opens the door for you to make things worse if bad form or daily abuse is still occuring.
