High Estrogen 157 pg/ml

ad

Just got bloods back. Estrogen came in at 157 pg/ml. Current cycle is 300 Test/C, 300 Mast/P, 150 Tren/E with 4 iu of HGH daily. I'm pinning 3 days per week. I have no sides due to the high E and actually feel great. The Mast is doing its job but I started Anastrozole 2mg weekly to bring the number down. Don't want to use EQ due to a genetic disposition to high RBC and Hematocrit. Even before using gear, I would have to donate regularly to control RBC and Hematicrit. I'll be getting bloods again in 30 days to track. Anyone else have this issue of feeling great with no sides even though Estrogen is super elevated? 2mg of Anastrozole per week too aggressive? A great big thank you to this community!!

I always have high e2 (as by ultra sensitive test) and I don’t get any sides. Last blood test came in at 95. I backed down on the T by 20% and started pinning eod vs e3 days. Tested 4 weeks later and was actually a little higher than the first. Should note here I’m a very high responder and have low SHBG when on cycle, last two blood tests came in at 7 and free test extremely high so makes sense that I have very high e2. I started to have higher (not bad but higher) blood pressure readings, not a lot of water…Even though I didn’t have any sides, and never do, I still didn’t feel comfortable with that number so threw in some Aeromasin (I prefer this over other ai) to bring it down. Personally I don’t think you should let numbers alone dictate protocol but as I said felt the numbers were at a level where I felt this high accompanies overall excessive hormone exposure so my real concern wasn’t high estrogen itself but the total physiological load from the cycle. I don’t think you need to crush estrogen but you can’t let it run wild either. And you need to interpret the e2 reading along side total, free, shbg, bp, hematocrit, other symptoms, body fat time on cycle etc. for me anyway

Are you aware of any long term health risks such as cardiovascular etc with super high estrogen? I’d like to get it in the top rang to help with Igf-1 production but nothing too crazy lol

Yeah if you keep the estrogen way high it will fuck up your prostate as well.

E2 numbers might be false due to Tren use. You need to get the 'sensitive E2" test for accurate results.
