Different Test

ad

After some advice, I have been running Test Cypionate 300mg split into two across a week.( I haven’t been getting the gains I hoped for) A mate has recommended also adding Testosterone enanthate. I’ve not seen any cycles of this considering there isn’t much difference between them? Why run them together though?

I wouldn't run them together, sounds like the CYP is bunk. Ditch it and switch over to the Enanthate and monitor progress. You should feel the difference within 9 days of pinning the new test E

How long you been on test cyp? Takes about a month or so to get to peak blood serum levels with cypionate, considering it's real testosterone, that is.

Aside from that there's quite a few variables to getting gains in the gym. Eating in a surplus/cut, and getting the right foods in you regardless of which route you're after.

You need to be lifting right too. Progressive overload. You need to have your body in the right position to grow and make gains.

  • diet/macros
  • lifting
  • sleep
  • keeping constant track of your progress

Then the gear just becomes as enhancement to what your body already knows how to do. In a nutshell, if you aren't getting any gains, it's probably not the gear. Adding more gear won't make a difference.

Well there are some high concentration blends that will have both, something like 200mg C and 200mg E. Anyhow, do you know for certain your Test C is real, and might also be very under dosed. Assuming your training and nutrition is good, it might be your gear that's not legit.

Up the intensity

Put some weight on them bars then. Its not the hours you spend in the gym its how you use that time effectively... And mates like that who needs enemies? Dump that mate and fire that PT.

This is the dumbest shit I’ve hear in a while lol, Enanthate wouldn’t do anything different for you over Cypionate. They are just esters that change the time of release, that’s it. No need to complicate shit where it’s already so simple to begin with.

Why the hell would adding Enanthate change anything? You are not seeing changes because you are not making changes in the kitchen. You still need protein and clean diet and then on top of that you should be hitting the gym hard every single day. Like break up the muscle groups per day, chest and tri, back and bi, legs, shoulders exc... repeat.

How long have you been on Test?

Hitting the gym 5 days a week, meal prep and diet is fairly good. Plus that’s why I was asking, cos I’ve never heard of cycle running both.

SeeOhShow's picture

Everyone who says that is almost assuredly wrong. You’re either not eating properly or not lifting properly. Or both.

The answer is never more drugs

11 weeks in, yes training 5 days a week. Had a PT last year to get me focused and how to train.
