Had an order cancelled after waiting for weeks (products were "in stock" when I ordered) and my money was refunded but into the prepaid wallet, not directly back to me, with no coupon code or future discount or anything to make up for it (and the website down 90% of the time while I was waiting to hear back). Kinda annoying.
I understand why you’re pissed off brother, but at the same time I think it’s important to understand both sides here too.
From what they explained, this wasn’t some isolated issue with your order specifically, it was an international shipping/logistics situation affecting a lot of packages.
And for real…,refunding directly into the prepaid wallet was probably the safest move for both sides while they stabilize routes instead of risking more losses, reships and even more chaos.
I had a somewhat similar experience myself recently, so I get the annoyance lol but maturity in this game is also understanding this stuff sometimes goes beyond the source itself.
At least @Steroidify protected your funds/store credit instead of just disappearing or ignoring the situation completely.
Seems like they’re trying to reorganize/stabilize international shipping first, then things will probably go back to normal and you’ll be able to reorder again.

Your frustration is understandable. Respectfully, let's address your concerns:
Your order was part of a large batch that got caught up in a industry specific shipping/logistics issue. Stuff like that can happen in cross-border fulfillment and once it’s in the shipping process, it’s basically outside our hands.
The refund was pushed straight into your store balance so you could reorder right away.
And yeah, the site going down was partly us doing some security and backend improvements.
