Gearcheck

ad

Hey gym bros. I’ve been working out for many years as a natural. Starting testosterone over 2 years ago. Now that I’ve decided to dive into more advanced anabolic I’ve hired a ‘coach’ to advise me through the end of my cut and my first bulk using more than testosterone. He told me to download gearcheck.app. It’s a site that helps log bloods tests. It’s only 30 bucks a month but the money keeps adding up lol. Kinda feel like I could just used chatgbt instead. Before I commit to this app, was wondering if anyone has used it and if they found it worth using? Thanks!

Logging labs? Please educate me on this. You just upload your bloodwork to it?

Do you have a chat gpt account? If so, you can make sub categories. For example, I have a category for work projects, college papers, my aas cycles, etc.

Step 1: make a sub catagory and name it. I tell the AI the compounds in using, dosages, etc.I will ask advice. Of course it says, “Tren is not safe for human consumption” I tell it that I don’t care and using anywa so it changes its tone.

Step 2: upload your lab results and ask for its opinion. As time goes it will remember your old questions, uploads, etc as long as it’s in the sub catagory. As you get more labs keep uploading them. Tell it to give you an analysis of the labs. If there’s a deficiency, ask the AI how to correct it. Or which lab you should order next if X symptoms persist, etc

In my opinion you should use grok. If you tell grok to stop warning you about the dangers itll just talk to you about the facts of whatever it is your doing but in my experience chat gpt keeps information from you for "safety reasons". I use it to design a cycle, follow up by fact checking any details im unsure about, and then take it to the hive mind that is eroids for final approval. Its a great way to make the most informed decision. I use the paid version of grok but its essentially the same with a little more bandwidth. I keep it all in one conversation so I dont have to re-explain things

Thanks brother. If you tell grok to remember what you don’t it, it won’t retain that info? Chat does.

So I have and use both and ChatGPT definitely remembers things, but not in the same way that grok does.i find that chat is just too restrained by safety protocols and legal framework to give me an answer best suited to what I'm trying to do. Whereas grok, while being less user friendly ill admit, is down for whatever. So if you want grok to remember specific things you shared with it you have to be a bit more intentional than with chat

Gotcha. Thanks
