Basically, domestic and international orders must be made separately, makes sense... But, the website allows you to order both at the same time, even though there is a difference in shipping cost.
Yes, it was my mistake, but that's $30 of product i dont have. Their solution is to send it to me on my next order lol.

Email is your best bet. And take a screenshot of your payment and send it in your email. Thats what I did.

So I just wanted to give a quick update to the group. I had a order that didn't show as paid yesterday. And today I seen the order said canceled. I emailed the company with order number screenshot and payment screenshot. Received a order confirmation and track number about 3 hours after I sent the email. Total time to fix the problem less then 24 hours. That good customer service if you ask me.

Ok so I got a email back and my order was completed ( even through the web site showed canceled). I have even received my tracking number. Issue was handed in under 24 hours.
2nd order with power. Latest Order says canceled... Paid Bitcoin, waited for confirmation before closing the payment screen.

Preciate all the input! First order was sketchy too. Ordered as guest couldn't set up account. didnt get any payment confirmation or email, source did finally reach out on on DM with tracking but tracker never worked, pack showed up amazon fast. Hate feeling like order is always a dice roll, but pricing is to good not to keep rolling.

Just made my first order on Saturday without setting up an account and when I checked the website it showed canceled. I emailed them yesterday snd they said not to worry the order was confirmed and last night informed delivery showed a pack scanned into the system.
