Just made my first order on Saturday without setting up an account and when I checked the website it showed canceled. I emailed them yesterday snd they said not to worry the order was confirmed and last night informed delivery showed a pack scanned into the system.
I have the same thing going on. I asked on telegram and was told to not worry about it. I would still get tracking posted.. ordered Saturday.

TD today. Accidentally chose bac water from international warehouse. Emailed with no response. Its crazy that instead of shipping the bac water with the rest of my order. You decide not to ship it over the 10 dollar difference, or you seriously shipped 2 orders of bac water from the international warehouse. Cant imagine that would have been any cheaper on you.
