So whats going to happen if after 3 months you figure out that you hate weight lifting? Stash the gear away for a while and just focus on doing it natty for a while
Best part about this is there appears to be a party of some going on in the background .
Dude just started stripping in the middle of it when he had an epiphany to get swole.
Ha!!!
BigGrubbIts not a party til someone starts stripping lol.
That's me 24 hrs/day. Searching up porno
While on gear, your dominant arm must be MASSIVE!
LMFAOOOO!!!
See if you can do one with his Chubber out beating one to pornhub pal
Lol I haven't figured out ai imaging yet, thats a pic from the show.
Lol it was my son's birthday the day before.
Just kidding with you man.
I know, I thought it was funny.
To be fair - you seem like a nice guy by your responses, most people would have kicked off. But please consider training for at least 6 months to one year before using the gear that you have ordered - you could easily do yourself more harm than good taking it right now. Judging by how little muscle tone you have on you I doubt you lift if any at all pal, none of your tendons will be strengthened or conditioned yet if you don't currently lift. When you begin lifting your muscles will quickly get stronger and repair within 72 hours - but your tendons can take months to catch up and repair along the same strength curve meaning they are prone to snapping and being damaged.
If you have a son its likely you are older too and after 30 tendons begin to lose their water and collagen content - meaning they are much weaker in general than in your 20's. Building a solid muscular base if your first priority, also if you jump on cycle now then if you decide not to keep up with it all you will then spend 5 weeks regaining your natural testosterone levels all for nothing, which will never be the same or as strong again after just the first cycle of steroids.
Thank you I appreciate it. I've trained on and off over the years. It's probably not much for you guys but I was up to 200 bench last year, 1 rep. I AM terrified of snapping a tendon. I'm 36. I'll be careful, you seem like nice guy too. I appreciate your advice and concern.
Press is the best bro listen to him full of knowledge
FYI my comment is by no means to be mean. You are way more likely for success if you can get a regiment down that you enjoy and stick to it. You should see results relatively quickly bc your body fat is high. Once you hit that point with training and diet that you feel are consistent you can pivot an anabolic load off it. You said it yourself you’ve been using up to 300 mg of test prior with no real results it’s bc the more important things (diet and training) are not currently aligned. You can push your anabolic load and that won’t change those things unless you make the changes.
I didn't take it that way, I agree with you. The thing I've been actually struggling with the most is my food intake. I don't know my damn sweet spot for how much I should eat. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get a decent estimate for how many calories I should eat for cutting/recomp.
How much do you weigh and how active are you?
Recommend tracking all of your intake with an app like Chronometer. It will help you determine your BMR and you can set macros to your liking.
184, I get 8k - 10k steps a day. But I sit at my job for 8 hours a day. It's a desk job. I'll check out the app, thank you.
Would start somewhere around 2500-2700 cals a day. Keep your fats below 80 grams a day. Should keep your energy up and keep you in a nice deficit if you are training 5-6 days a week. Prioritize getting 40-50 grams of protein in every meal you eat. You need about 220 grams of protein a day to not catabolize muscle while you cut.
If you are not on Reta. I’d start, it will help with your appetite and metabolic drivers.
Some good ancillaries to add for a fat burning stack are injectable L Carn 1000 mg a day and if you don’t have heart issue Helios Clen injectable 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. SluPP32 up to 20 mg a day.
If you want a deeper defecit you can go down to 2200-2300 cals a day at the start and see your weight loss from there and if you can maintain your energy.
I have reta, trying to find a good source for injectable l carnitine, key Is out still. I don't have heart issues but I've heard crazy things about clen so I'm staying away from that. Dont have SLU but I do have 5 amino 1mq as well. Going to start the reta again once I'm dialed in. Thank you for the reply. I appreciate it.
Helios- Clen with Yohimbine is my favorite preworkout. Absolute mad man in the gym for 2 hrs.
Look into Slupp32- exercise mimetic. Essentially keeps the metabolic train always rolling
Okay well if you are into benching then ideally also considering your age, aim to get a 275 bench before you begin using the gear mate - that is a good target and realistic marker to achieve and if you get there then its likely you are following a better & more appropriate diet and training regime. A 405 Deadlift and 350 squat would show better commitment also.
Thanks, I'll set those as goals and see how long it takes me to get there.
Also to avoid hurting your rotator cuff tendons in your shoulders - aim for a medium width grip where your hands are directly above your elbows at a right angle when the bar is at the lowest point touching your chest, this is also your strongest pressing position. Try to keep your elbows as close to your torso and side as possible to limit the strain on your rotator cuff too and you should have no tendon issues when benching.
That's about where I have my hands aligned usually, but I'll remember to keep my elbows in closer.
Freddy ?
Lol front freddy
Why are you jumping on Steroids when you look like this? You should ALEADY be in decent shape BEFORE you use Anabolic Steroids - Gear is not for Lazy Arses that can't be arsed to follow a healthy diet and bust some ass in the gym for at least 18 months beforehand. Steroids are supposed to be for committed long term gym goers who have exhausted all other natural options and in the desire to take their physiques further, and are willing to risk the various long term health damaging side effects that come with them. Are you serious here in how little regard you seem to have for jumping on a Steroid cycle???
I don't have little regard, I have all of the supplements to support liver health. I'm taking this very serious, I've been doing my due diligence for several months now. I'm not jumping in out of no where like an idiot. If the Anavar messes with me too much, I'm going to stop taking it. I've been on TRT for over a year now 200mg week, now I upped it to 300mg so I'm used to the Testosterone. I'm going to do blood work before I take the anavar, so I have a base level and see if I need to fix anything before I take it.
