unseen423Some bloods from last week- this is my health phase, so running 175mg/week of 76s Test E. Been on my TRT dose of 25mg/day for about 7 weeks now. Very pleased with my markers, particularly the lipids after coming off winstrol & anavar which absolutely nuked my HDL. Still waiting on the ultrasensitive estrogen, but no concerns there as it was pretty low with my prior cycle. Overall, I feel great- pulling back and cleaning out for a few months before I start my push/growth phase. About to be 41 next week, so really playing the long game here and focusing on doing it all in the healthiest way possible.
Edit- forgot to add ran 76s cardarine as well which helped boost the HDL and GREATLY improved my cardio.
Great numbers . I don’t want to go too deep into the field I work in . Work under cardiologists . There’s lots and lots of robust literature coming out and the consensus has already changed . HDL really doesn’t mean anything . They did massive studies with drugs to boost HDL and it did nothing for lifespan or decreasing CVD . LDL is the driver . Which yours isn’t bad but if you use AAS or it’s best keep your LDL under 55 . Why? You are virtually laying no plaque under 55 and seeing heart attacks and strokes virtually NEVER happens with LDL under 55 regardless of all other factors (high BP , insulin resistance, etc )
unseen423Agreed- I'm working on getting that LDL down as much as possible. Just added in Telmisartan and Ezetimibe to my health stack as I start ramping up for my bulk. Interesting on my LDL it doesn't fluctuate too much (+/- 5) depending on what I am running, but as you said if I can introduce some changes to get it down to that 55, I'm going to do it!
How’s the anavar? I feel this oral is faked most of time?

I'm headed to the beach in 2 months and want to hit a quick short run. I'm in pretty nice shape now. Sub 10% bf, very proportioned and look a lot heavier than i actually am. Extremely vascular mesomorph. Would love to add a little more size, I'm 10# lighter than I want to be.
